Bulletroof

BulletROOF replaced our roof in January of 2019. A few months ago my wife and I noticed brown spots on the ceiling and water damage on a wall and our built in bookshelf. We called BulletROOF to come out and when the contractors lifted the shingles by the chimney there was a hole in the metal! We thought, how could the previous team they sent in January not have seen this? Maybe they did and just covered it up to move on to the next project. Unbelievable. I sent BulletROOF a couple emails about this and no one responded until I left a bad review on Google. Now, we have a mold remediation company in our home drying the roof. They took a picture and a section of the wood is rotted. You can see the shingle looking up at the ceiling from inside the house! My wife mentioned to me that one of the workers in January told her a piece of wood was wet, however, they did not get the go-ahead to replace it. Now, as of 2/13/20 we have been texting and calling Ryan and the general answering service. Response time has been slow. We haven't received any call or text in two days. That's unacceptable and bad business. The leak is active. DO NOT hire this company. They cut corners. Bulletroof needs to do the right thing and get some people out to our house ASAP to repair the wood and roof. This is what an ethical company would do.
