Description of Work: They came out with short notice and diagnosed the problem. They provided alternative suggestions for solutions and discussed overall "health" of the system. They were professional and courteous. I forgot to provide my Angie's list coupon at the time, and they applied it after the fact. Would use again.

Description of Work: They did a routine septic pump. The Bank's employees were amazing! Extremely professional. Found the septic tank quickly and removed cover without disturbing the landscaping. Checked the tank, pumped it and, as a bonus, cleaned the filter. Excellent job. Would recommend them.

Description of Work: Had septic tank pumped and cleaned. They job went very well. Company arrived on site at appointed time. Very Professional and friendly. Completed the job quickly and left area as they had found it. Very pleased with service. They even followed up with a thank you card.

Description of Work: 2 service men came out with pump truck. They did not bring backhoe equipment and did not use pump truck. With shovels and locator, the 2 service men dug up corner of septic tank and punched hole in septic lid. Observed the tank did not appear full and assessed septic line was backed up from house to tank which they could not clear with hand auger. I was told they would open line for $1200 which I refused. |I subsequently completed the job using manual labor taking approximately 4 hours and requiring $100 supplies.

Description of Work: On a very busy weekend, my emergency call was returned within 20 minutes and we had someone come out that day, despite having 16 total calls to do that day. He was very professional and quick, especially for the price. A+!

Description of Work: On Memorial Day we smelt a horrific smell while my husband was BBQ in our new home. I initially freaked out as I came from Condo living. When my husband and I were trying to figure out who to call I remembered seeing ads on TV for Angie's List. I went online an actually found a deal for $12 to join Angie's List. As soon as I typed in Septic issues Banks Septic came up. It showed that they had an "A" rating and that 2 others in my area had use there services recently. And I will admit them having a 10% discount was appealing too. Like always I did some research on Facebook too. Every where I looked online GREAT ratings. So I sent an email out but being in patient I called first thing in the morning to receive a quote & arrange an appointment....lol Not an hour later, I received a call regarding my on-line message. EVERY single person I dealt with at Banks Septic was professional, honest & straight forth. Not only would I utilize Banks again & recommend them to others I am officially sold on Angie's List. Oh and the Pump Out was done in 30 minutes a day later the smell was gone as well as our issues resolves and much more inexpensive then we expected. Everything online was saying $300 bucks but after the Angie's list discount just $258 for our 1,000 gallon tank, you can't beat that!

We had tried 2 years ago to deal with another septic tank service and they were unprofessional and didn't seem to know what they were doing (good old boy stuff). Banks was a dream to work with. We have no hesitation about recommending them to anyone. They definitely rate an A+ in our book.

Description of Work: I used Banks Septic Tank Service to drain my septic tank since this had not been done since I owned this house (14 years). They arrived at the time agreed upon and performed their service in a timely and professional manner. They also pointed out that I needed to remove two trees that were either near or in the septic tank drainage field that may create a problem in the future. I definitely will use them for any future septic problems.

Description of Work: My septic backed up on Christmas Eve they were willing to come out despite possibly being late for their Christmas dinner with family. I advised that I could wait until after the holiday and they arrived first thing the morning of the 26Th. The problem was not what I expected and the service cost was less due to their honesty. I would recommend and use in the future
