Description of Work: They were very punctual. They lacked a little in professionalism and seemed to be in a bit of a hurry. They did the basics. It would have been nice if they had temped the dirt down where they had to dig up the lawn. The little extra mean a lot.

Description of Work: They came over to our house on time to review our septic system. He ran some tests to see if the smell we are experiencing was from our system. He concluded that is was not our system and that our neighbors system is the one having issues. After speaking with my neighbors they told him that they are having issue with their system. All of this for free! We will use them in the future for all pumping etc.

Description of Work: Came to pump the septic. The tech discovered the pipe into the tank was bent. He came back two days later and replaced the pipe. Very friendly and knowledgable.

Description of Work: We needed to extend the drain field line for our septic system per county regulations for our basement renovation project. | |Matt stopped by for an estimate and was professional and prompt. We solicited 3 estimates-Banks was the cheapest by a couple hundred dollars. | |The two crew guys arrived exactly on time, introduced themselves, then got right to work. As anticipated, our septic tank-once uncovered-was found to be in rough shape. Matt called right away and since I was at work, had the crew guys text me pictures of the tank so I could see it for myself. They were able to replace the tank (vastly expanding the scope of the project) and still complete all work in just one day. The crew worked well past sunset in below freezing temps-no complaining, no cutting corners. In fact, they returned the next morning to meet the county inspector and smooth out the yard with their bobcat. | |I never worried about being up-sold or swindled; in an industry with some sleazy characters, the Banks guys are quality. I will use them for all septic work in the future.

Description of Work: Very prompt service. We do not have a septic pump out above ground so they had to find it and dig down to find the opening. They were amazingly quick to find it and dug a small hole which they filled back in after the pump out. I was impressed by how little mess they made.
