Description of Work: Found the problem to my backed up top in my basement. Emptied a septic tank and from there we were good to go. Did a great job.

Description of Work: I Had my septic tank cleaned, I called, they gave me a set price, and they showed up the following day and got it done. I paid exactly what I was told over the phone, they didn't have any weird fees for having to dig more than required, or using a longer hose if it was too full (like other companies do). I was very happy with their services.

Description of Work: We called Banks out to our home in Buford, GA to pump our septic system that had not been maintained in 10+ years. I was thrilled that they service our area since they are based in Cumming, GA - I have used them in the past and trust their integrity above all else. This is a family-owned company that has been around forever. Employees are punctual and extremely courteous and efficient. These guys won't try to sell you other products unless you ask about them. The price you are quoted on the phone is the price you will pay.

Description of Work: They did job quickly and were better than the "deai of the day". They were able to find my septic tank outlet quickly when the other guys wanted me to pay a third party to find it. Banks Septic is very good, professional and reputable. I would definitely call them again.

Description of Work: Did a basic septic pump out. Got in, got out in no time flat. |Only issue I have with them is the scheduling, it's basically a 9-5 window, if they could narrow it down to even a 3-4 hour window then they would get A's all around. They also give an additional discount for return customers. Good company for a crappy job! :-)

Description of Work: Septic tank pump. Bank's crew showed up exactly as scheduled.The called and scheduled to have the underground utilities marked. When they arrived, they began probing for the top of the tank and they found the tank but also ruptured a natural gas line that was not marked properly. The Banks guys called the gas company and the marking service and they got it cleared up without any burden on me. They lost alot of time, because they had to stand there and put pressure on the probe while they waited on the gas company to repair line. It was the marking company's fault. Overall, I was very pleased with Banks and felt the price was very reasonable.

Description of Work: They dug up the pipes leading from septic tank to drainage field which had been broken by tree roots. They removed the tree and replaced the pipes. Great job!
