Description of Work: We needed our septic tank pumped and a new efluent filter installed. The technician was very professional and did an excellent job. Not the cheapest, but I've hired the cheapest before and it's not cheap in the long run.

 + 0 moreAll was good for the most part. They warned me that bringing in the small tractor could damage the sprinkler system. I felt good about it until the end when they said that they had damaged the system, and it turned out the helper's ''regular job'' was servicing sprinkler systems, and he offered to take care of it for $150. While they did warn me, and it was likely a part of the job, it just left me with an uneasy feeling that it was too convenient. The experience and professionalism grades relate solely to that uneasy feeling. I would have graded it as across the board if they told me about the sprinkler problem and had given me a number for a repairman had I asked.
Description of Work: They serviced our 1500 gallon septic tank. They had to locate a tank. I needed to bring in a small tractor to dig down three feet to the tank.

 + 0 moreCalled, explained problem, scheduled appointment, they showed up as promised. They uncovered 1/2 tank lid over inbound side of tank and pumped out tank. I asked them to uncover the 1/2 tank lid over outbound side of tank so outbound TEE could be checked, was told this would cost another $50. I asked if they had mirror to just look, no, but they would lean in and look to see. They discovered the outbound TEE was missing. I asked them to repair/replace but was told they don't carry parts. I would need to schedule another call for repair and they would be happy to call it in for me. I called it in and they estimated it will be another 250-400 dollars, I guess I should have asked when I first called but you would think they know this is a common problem that needs attention. Overall I am still satisfied with them and would use them again.
Description of Work: After heavy rains had strong odors in basement, called and asked the tank be pumped (1000 gal) and be checked. They estimated $250 for a 1000 gal tank.

 + 0 moreBefore work, they had the utilities marked. On the day of the service they discovered that our lawn irrigation system was in their way. They worked around it without damaging it. They were very careful not to tear up our lawn. They were courteous and worked very hard. I was extremely pleased with them and would recommend them to anyone.
