Performed as per the contract to the standard. Cleaned and sealed septic tank and added an extra 120 feet of leach line to the drain field.

I have received estimates from several septic tank service providers for some additional work that may need to be done to my septic system and found that Banks Septic was the most upfront and honest one that I received an estimate/work from. I would highly recommend Matt and his team!

They came out pretty late in the afternoon and I think they were in a rush to leave. They only pumped the sludge side of the tank. They did not clean the filter or pump out the water side of the tank. I have done a lot of research and both sides of tank should be pumped and filter cleaned.

I am giving them an A overall. The pricing is a little bit high. They are very professional. I recommend them too. I am going to use them in the future.

It was easy to schedule an appointment and know that the price quoted was firm. The technicians were prompt, polite, and willing to answer questions. They pumped out our tank and let us know that it is in good working condition. We'd use Banks again and are happy to refer them to others. We liked using our $25 Angie's List discount too!

Scheduled replacement cost of 250 to replace. On time, courteous and professional. I also appreciated that they quote you a price and don't charge extra to dig. Most companies I have used surprise you with that charge when they arrive.

Perfect! This company installed my septic tank when I built my home in 1996 and I have used them for maintenance services ever since. A couple of times I obtained other estimates but Banks has always been competitive and professional which is why I will only use them. They were prompt, came out even in the snow, and charged me a very fair price. They are always professional and are an excellent company. They don't try and perform unecessary services - even when I ask about them. They tell me what I need and what I dont. It is very refreshing to work with a service company like Banks and I trust them completely.

Service providers arrived promptly and called when they were on their way. They were efficient and courteous and provided me with tips for future maintenance.

I called them about a drain problem at a rental property on Saturday evening about 8 p.m., and they responded promptly. They went our first thing Sunday morning and took care of everything. Charged what they quoted on the phone. No up-sale & no games. Very pleasant dealing with them.

Called and had an appointment within 2 days, Billy came out and quickly identified the problem as a float sensor for the pump which was not hooked up properly by the builder and was non operational. The crew came out the next day and quickly and efficiently installed a new one. Our system is fully operational, and thanks to Banks, our fears were not as bad as we thought. Very professional and honest company!!

They were super busy, but letting them know I got them from Angie's list and did not want to use anyone else caused them to make room in the schedule. They worked me in on a Saturday. No up charge, not added items, just straight up pricing like it was a regular visit. I may not need them again ever, but I am glad we used them.

Paul and his co-worker came out and were extremely pleasant and patient with all my questions. I'd been dreading doing this because I've heard so many horror stories from neighbors and others how many companies will come out to clean and create all kinds fake work that needs to be done. Not all, but they are out there. When I called to make the appt Courtney was very nice and professional answering all my questions regarding "hidden fees" which I named out from what I was told by some County Experts to be on the lookout for. Courtney replied there are "no hidden fees" for pumping the Septic tank. (I.E. length of hose, too much solids, etc). When Paul showed up they found the "door" to the tank after digging and started to pump. Mine had not been done in a very long time which I was worried about but Paul stated that everything looked fine just a lot of solids. Paul answered all the questions I had regarding maintenance and the future of this septic tank with professional and helpful responses. I was charged what I was told I would be charged. I may want to replace my tank in the next few years and I have no hesitation in having Banks Septic Tank Service come out and do the job. Thanks very much. Great company. A couple of days later I received a Thank You card with my charge card receipt. I can't remember when a company has sent me a Thank You card. Again, great company.

They showed up when they promised and were quick in finding the tank and digging it up to inspect it. They pointed out that it looked in good shape and did not need any type of servicing. Quick and professional.
