Description of Work: Replaced composite decking that was defective. Was willing to split the costs of doing the work with my out of pocket costs. Very professional and knowledgeable firm to work with. Very busy and had to wait until they had an opening but work is excellent.

Description of Work: Needed to replace an inferior deck at our new house.. everyone we dealt with was wonderful starting with Angie who came out and gave us ideas and a quote, Mandie in scheduling and the excellent work crew led by Jose who came out and dismantled the old deck, hauled everything away, and rebuilt a safe and beautiful new deck and timber steps. They did a GREAT job barricading the empty space in the yard so I could let our dogs out over the weekend without having to keep them on their leashes.. We would highly recommend them and would use them again if we needed to...

Description of Work: They came out to give me an estimate on a fence for my back yard. They were prompt and courteous but ultimately I used a different provider based on price. However, if I were to do another fence, I would allow them to quote me again to see if they can be more competitive.

+ -1 moreThe company presented very professionally which is one reason I selected them. They gave detailed descriptions and drawings of the work to be performed. Their pricing was a bit higher but still competitive and I thought it might be worth a little more to get a better company. The sales person was very responsive to all my inquires and concerns. They showed up on time and cleaned up well after the job. However, I do not think the quality of the material is as good as my old fence. The boards are thinner by a small margin but just enough to make them less attractive. This may just be the nature of today's materials and not the fault of the company. The spacing between the boards is also a bit wide. I probably should have questioned these things more initially. I had some issues with the final work but after sending pictures and talking to the sales person a few times, he sent a crew to make all the corrections. This company has been highly recommended by several sources other than Angies's List and it made me have higher expectations. In the end, however, they did deliver as promised. I have a warranty so I'll see if I need to call it in at any time in the future. That will be the true test.

+ -1 moreThey were fantastic from start to finish and I love the deck! The consultant, Angie, was on time and had some great ideas for the design and layout of the new deck. She was also very quick to respond to all of my questions after the consult while I was trying to figure which option to pick. The crew was on time and took out the old deck and put in the new one very quickly, but without compromising any craftsmanship. They also cleaned up so well you couldn?t even tell they were here. About a week after the job was done the owner, Dave Tibbetts, came out to inspect the work to make sure it was up to his standards. I would recommend them to anyone and use them again in a heartbeat!

Description of Work: Had them install a new porch at our driveway entrance. They worked with me on my design and had some good suggestions which I incorporated. Dave Tibbets is great to work with and stays on top of work being done. I also used them a few years ago to install a new screened porch for about $8000. They built it exactly as I designed it and it has been great.
