Great response and professional worker. The individual that came to the house was not able to solve our problem. After a blunt conversation he suggested we contact their office and ask for a more seasoned person. Turns out the employee was working under his bosses license. I am not pleased!

This company is serious, professional, they are fair as far as prices, and they show up on time and do the work right. The electrician worked well, fast, and cleaned up after himself. He was courteous and polite. I highly recommend this company and will use them again for sure.

Everything went well. No unforeseen problems surfaced and the work was completed without incident. A little pricey but they were obviously knowledgeable and worth the extra cost. Justin and Josh were very professional and personable.

I guess it boils down to not asking for an estimate when I booked on the phone. That's on me. Had I known it would end up costing around $250 to be told that we had simply overloaded a circuit with Christmas tree lights I would have shopped around more. Problem was that half of the outlets on the circuit would go out but not trip a breaker. My wife was able to take off for the service call, Felt a bit taken advantage of.

Went well, they did have to return to finish job. We lived in an older home and the circuit board was different from what they carry in stock on the truck. They were prompt in arriving both times.

I paid for them to fix my broken outside outlet. They spent an hour trying to figure out the problem and blamed my previous electrician and told me they couldn't fix it without charging a lot more and they said they would use the $179 I paid as their hour charge for the diagnostic. They told me previous electrician did things wrong and they couldn't fix without charging me a lot of money. So they left and I felt like I paid $179 for nothing.

Perfectly. No hitches. On time, on budget. No surprises and a great job done! Arc Angel has been doing projects at my house for well over 10 years now. I am very picky with my sub contractors so keeping Arc Angel on my list as the number 1 go to Electrician is a big deal. These guys are solid pros, very experienced and very neat, not messy like others, but most of all they do great work from start to finish.

Rodney and David installed a 16' high ceiling fan with a 6' pole for us for $475.00 and then a small stairway light for $50.00. We were a little taken aback by the $475.00 figuring it may only be somewhere around $250.00 for the installation. We figured since they were there already that we may as well get the job done. Their work was superb, friendly and fast. The old ceiling fan was down in a matter of minutes and the new one up in about 45 minutes. They really did do a great job on the ceiling fan as well as the stairway light. We will likely be calling Arc Angel to do some electrical work in the future for us.

We had exceptional service. They arrived on time and were very friendly and courteous. Pricing was upfront. All work was done as expected. They cleaned up everything before leaving. Would highly recommend Arc Angel. We have been looking for an electrician company and have found one in Arc Angel and will be using them in the future.

The technician, Rodney English, called and asked if he could come early, which is always a plus. He was very professional and courteous at all times. I had him change out some switches that were not working correctly. I thought the price was a bit high for that service, but i guess since they do not charge a base service fee, just on work they do, it is sort of reasonable. He suggested that we install a whole home surge protection system, which i had thought about doing anyways since we had our home computer, printer and router blown out by a lightning strike near our home last year. The service call went well. One issue i did have was that evening when i got home, i went to turn the heat on upstairs and the unit did not work. I called Rodney about it and he did not think it was anything that he had done during his call. I then called and set up a service with my HVAC service company for the following morning to get the unit looked at. That next morning, i got a call from Rodney asking if he could stop by to check things over. Honestly, I was blown away by that level of caring about their level of service. He came by an found that the breaker for that unit had blown. He replaced it and there have been no issues since. Great job Rodney! I would absolutely use these guys again, no questions. I would recommend them to anyone.

They installed 2 light fixtures about 5 years ago. One light was not working. A transformer was placed but was a lower power. The original transformer could not be removed. I was not satisfied with the result. They immediately began steps to rectify the problem. They came out again and solved the issue. They replaced all bulbs with LED's which improved the lighting (always too dark). They also replaced all the par 30 lights in the kitchen with LED's (also too dark). Almost all the money was for the bulbs. I was happy with the better lighting.

They didn't do a good job. They came in and we started paying a lot of money. The things that they did didn't get back. I had another electrician come in and do the job. The company seemed to do a good job. They were professional when they came in but I was just really disappointed with their work.

It was fine. They still have a commercial theme instead of a residential theme and they did not explain up front. It actually cost more and we backdated it down a little bit, but it was kind of missed.

We went into the installation of our whole house standby generator with a lot of anxiety. Not only did nothing go wrong, but the professionalism of Justin & James who led the electrical work was well beyond any expectations. Knowledgeable, attention to detail, courteous and generally pleasant to be around - prompt and completed on schedule. ARC Angel will be our go company to for all future electrical work. They contacted to schedule the visit and the technicians arrived on time. They were thorough with the work. Only thing is, I believe, by mistake, they took the new set of bulbs that came with the fan along with the throwaway items in the box. But other than that, a very satisfactory service.

Excellent. Told me what it would cost in advance if the issue was as expected; cleaned up work area before leaving. Polite in every way. Answered all my questions. Whole job done in 30 minutes. Most importantly, the repair worked!. They also arrived right on time (we really appreciate that).

We were just really in a pinch. Our furnace went out during a winter storm - maybe because of a blown transformer down the road or something. They came out the same day and found that the problem was a simple one and fixed it on the spot. The electrician was very friendly and seemed like he genuinely wanted to help us out, and I appreciated that. Plus, our house is warm again!

The Service techs, Dragos and James, were friendly, thorough and make sure I was comfortable with their service. I'd definitely recommend Arc Angel.
