+ 2 moreThe initial experience was very good. Chris (owner) was very responsive and provided a good price. He had his crew on site and finished the work within two days. After about a week, the stones started cracking and several were loose. It appeared the mortar used was cheap or defective. It took Chris about 3 months to come out to my house to take a look, and when he did he agreed that the patio needed to be redone. From there, he asked that I give him a few days to get a new crew out to my house. That was the last time we spoke, and it has now been almost two years. I call and leave a VM for the owner about once a month and he continues to block my calls and ignore me with no responses. Since the install, a few of the larger flagstones have come completely dislodged and I almost 80% of the stones have significant cracks in them. I am now in the process of finding a new contractor to fix this very costly mistake.

Description of Work: Hired the company to come in and take out all the old grout between our brick patio. Then Regrout all bricks and acid wash the patio.

+ 0 moreIt didn't "go" because no one ever showed for our initial appointment. Bummer!
Description of Work: I scheduled an appointment for an estimate to have a sidewalk with pavers installed. Unfortunately, no one ever showed for the appointment nor did they call or respond to my voicemail and text messages when I checked to see where they were. Disappointing... as I took off work to be at the house. Sorry that I cannot recommend them.

+ -1 moreI asked to have all the roots removed from the flower beds. After one week, there were already weeds everywhere. The crew did not remove enough soil or roots. My vegetable garden is a nightmare, they did not remove the rocks and did not add enough mix soil. Chris was supposed to come and check , I'm still waiting, one month later.

+ 1 moreThese guys are amazing. The were here promptly at 7:30 AM or earlier and worked as long as necessary, sometimes into the dark evening. At the end of the day the work site was cleaned up so you almost did not know they were here. Chris and his crew worked well together and they were always very courteous and professional. The finished product was better than we could have hoped for. The residents at this condominium complex were in awe over the quality of the completed block wall. You absolutely cannot go wrong with these guys. We are enlisting them for other wall projects in this community.
Description of Work: Remove an extensive rotted railroad tie wall in danger of collapse.and replace with a modular block wall including a black wrought iron fence to replace decayed wood fence.
