WONDERFUL WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY DO HONEST WORK FOR A REASONABLE PRICE. COMMUNICATION WAS OPEN AND EASY. THEY TAKE A LOT OF PRIDE IN THEIR WORK AND STRIVE TO MAINTAIN THEIR REPUTATION OF INTEGRITY. THEY HAVE A LOT OF LARGE EQUIPMENT SO THEY DO NOT HAVE TO 'SUB OUT' MUCH. THIS MEANS GOOD QUALITY CONTROL AND LOWER COST. THEY DID THE JOB QUICKLY AND WELL.
Description of Work: TORE UP & REMOVED CONCRETE PATIO, END OF DRIVEWAY AND A SMALL BRICK WALL. BUILT UP DIRT UNDER PATIO THAT HAD SUNK. INSTALLED STAMPED CONCRETE PATIO, REPLACED END OF DRIVEWAY AND BUILT STEPS TO 2 DOORS. BROUGHT IN AND PLACED 5 LARGE BOULDERS, 10 YARDS OF SOIL AND 4 YARDS OF MULCH AROUND PATIO. ALSO BUILT SMALL RETAINING WALL AND LAID DOWN RIVER ROCK TO STOP SOIL EROSION.
