They always call before coming out, gladly offer many dates/times they can be available, are very professional and do a great job. If we have any issues between scheduled service periods they quickly come back out and retreat (at no extra cost). The chemicals they use work wonderfully but a couple of times we had issues after weeks of rain (not their fault). During normal weather periods the treatment lasts until their next visit. Specifically, Clint is really great (he is the only person we have dealt with) and we enjoy briefly visiting with him when he arrives. He is very professional and trustworthy. I highly recommend All Exterminating and will continue using them.

When I needed wasps removed from my attic I called on the company with which I have a contract for termite service (not All Pest Control)). I misunderstood their price quote for removal of the wasps, so, still annoyed at my company, I contacted Ryan (?) at All Pest Control and explained what had happened. It would have been very easy for Ryan to use my annoyance as a stepping stone to a sales pitch to get my termite service business in the future. He did not do that. Instead, with kindness and honesty, he quoted me prices as I asked for them. He scheduled the wasp removal service and quoted a price range, explaining that the final price within the range would depend on evaluation of the job by the person coming to the house. Johnny came, removed the wasps and nests. Both men were pros. AND, the wasps have moved on to other territory! My experience with All Pest Control was excellent.

It costs $ 60 to $ 100 depending on what they do. They are very friendly and professional. They do a good job. They keep track of my schedules and they notify me when it is time to do my service again. They ask if I would like to make an appointment. I would use them again in the future.

Made usual rounds to inspect for termites.

They are good and we have a termite bond with them. They come out and inspect the house when the termite bond is up. They are very good about scheduling and coming out when they are supposed to be here. They perform the work they are supposed to perform. We also just recently hired them to do our pest control and they came out once initially. They are very careful not to bring any dirty shoes inside the house. They asked me to call them if I needed them in between times.

The three years that they were here, they were very competent and professional. He was always on time. He called ahead and he arrived when he said he was going to arrive. He's a nice guy. I have not had any problems with him whatsoever. They did excellent work. They were prompt and were competitive.

We started using them because when we bought our home they were the ones that were guaranteeing the termite and we continued the termite and pest control with them. They have been very responsive. If we have a problem they will come back between routine applications to take care of it. We've had the same guy come out since the beginning. He is very thorough and very knowledgeable. We can ask him questions and he will explain things. He is a well-trained professional. They may be a little pricey but we are not sure.

This is a very good company to use as we haven t had an infestation of any sort since they started. They are reliable and very prompt. We have been using them for some time now and don t mind recommending their service as we feel they are the best in the area.
