Jay spent time with us at their real brick and mortar showroom and educated us on carpet fibers and other stuff and then helped us decide what carpet fits our family and our budget. It is a true family business. I only wish I had found them sooner for our last house.

+ -1 moreEverything went exactly as planned. First Alan's flooring was a bit more affordable on the same products than other quotes we received. They also had a very aggressive 3 day installation process vs 5-6 days with their competitors. Everything went exactly as planned, and the work was done immaculate.
Description of Work: We did hardwood and porcelain flooring on the main floor and carpet on the upstairs. All flooring was replaced.

+ -1 moreI wasn't hear when they performed the work but 2-3 weeks after I saw the floor it was wrinkling up under the furniture. I had them come out and inspect it after and they said it was caused by the furniture. 10 years ago though I had some one install the same floor with this furniture in place and this had never happened. I asked them to replace it and offered to pay for a better grade of vinyl and they still would not replace it. They have not been wiling to rectify it.
Description of Work: They put down a new vinyl floor.
