I phoned their office, faxed over my CC authorization and the inspection took place within 24 hours. We left the key under the matt and did not meet them at the property. A few hours later via email I had the complete report. Very easy to work with, nice people.

Service was excellent. Mr. Edge performed a thorough inspection and noted deficiencies and concerns in a 34-page full report and 5-page summary which noted only areas of concern. He did the final inspection in 2 parts since a gas meter was missing, precluding evaluation of gas-related appliances the first time around. He came back on a Saturday to try to help us get closer to closing, and he did so happily. Reports are emailed as PDFs the same night, and on-line access to reports is also available.

Very prompt and thorough. The report was prompt, clear and useful. Gary inspected a home on which we had placed a purchase offer. He found that the finished basement had no HVAC; another A/C unit was 8 years old, not 1 year old as disclosed. The seller refused to provide HVAC to the finished basement and refused to negotiate on the old unit. We had placed a very fair offer on the house even in this market. Better to lose the house than to way over-invest. Of course we got our earnest money back. We will hire AccuSpect again when we find a house we want.

This entire inspection was thorough and very professional. Gary was timely in setting up the time for the inspection, completely prepared. Besides being obviously well experienced, he was clearly a nice guy doing a very conscientious job. The house is first time purchase for my daughter and her husband, so they didn't know at lot about what to expect. I showed up to spend a little time during the inspection, and found that Gary did a much more thorough job than I ever would have expected. Not only would I ask him to do this again for me, I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for this service.

He began early and left late, really did a thorough job and I would highly recommend him to others needing a home inspection. He answers all your questions and takes you through the process. This is especially helpful for a first time home buyer like myself. I would definitely use him again in the future and highly recommend him.

This company is great. The fantastic customer service starts when you first call the office. Megaera, is very friendly & informative, & will definitely go above & beyond to answer any questions. Gary continues with the great service, & is very informative before, during, & after the inspection. His years of experience, & the efforts that he has made to educate himself on the various subject matters concerning residential housing building codes, & the different materials used in building are evident, as he walks through the inspection. He checked everything, & most importantly he takes the time to answer any questions in detail. Most important the company gives you a detailed report with pictures for your records, that you can share with the builder in case they find something wrong. Gary found three problems, & we addressed them to the builder after we received our report, and they are in the process of being repaired. We will continue to use Accuspect & highly recommend them.

Gary was very knowledgeable and provided, under caveat, his thoughts on repair requirements, costs, and improvements one could make. The next day, he made himself available for several questions. I felt well equipped to negotiate with the Seller of the property I was planning to purchase.

MR. EDGE WENT THROUGH EVERYTHING WITH ME AND WE WALKED THROUGH THE HOUSE AS HE EXPLAINED HIS REPORT. I WAS ABLE TO DOWNLOAD A COPY OF THE REPORTS THE SAME DAY. HE FOUND MANY THINGS THAT THE BUILDER HAD TO FIX. DUE TO SOME SCHEDULING PROBLEMS WITH THE BUILDER, I HAD TO SCHEDULE AN INSPECTION RATHER LAST MINUTE. ACCUSPECT WAS EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING, AND WORKED TO MEET MY SCHEDULE. MR. EDGE WAS ON TIME, WAS FINISHED WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD BE, VERY THOROUGH, AND DESCRIBED THINGS SO I COULD EASILY UNDERSTAND THEM. IT WAS THE BEST $300 WE SPENT!

HE WAS VERY THOROUGH, AND WAS HERE FROM 9AM TO 3PM. HE CRAWLED INTO SPACES I DIDN'T THINK ANYONE WOULD BE ABLE TO GET INTO. HE GAVE A VERY COMPREHENSIVE REPORT WHICH INCLUDED PHOTOGRAPHS, A CD, AND A TYPE WRITTEN ANALYSIS. HE WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION AND WAS VERY INFORMATIVE. HE ALSO POINTED OUT SEVERAL THINGS THAT A LOCAL CITY INSPECTOR FAILED TO RECOGNIZE.

GARY EDGE IS THE INSPECTOR. HE HAS 20+ YEARS IN THE FIELD AND IS CABO, ICC & ITA CERTIFIED. HE WAS PUNCTUAL AND THOROUGH & EXPLAINED ALL FACETS OF THE INSPECTION. HIS REPORT WAS PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS AVAILABLE AFTER THE INSPECTION FOR FOLLOW-UP.
