They did an excellent job on all of my projects and this was the second time I've used them.

Excellent work at a fair price. Did the work a week or two earlier than expected. Worked during an all day rain. Dry creek bed works exactly as expected even during the recent heavy rains - as did the downspouts. Nick (the job supervisor) answered our questions and kept us informed as work progressed. He even provided additional suggestions for other areas of our yard.

They were the worst company I have ever hired. Owner wouldn’t come out to review work. They knew I wasn’t supposed to do any rock on path , had to stop per Corp. ended up throwing down mulch, rocks that were put down washing down the hill. They do not stand by their work. Do Not Hire..

ACA's team was very professional and they did an amazing job! We were so impressed with the quality of work done as well as the attention to detail. We loved how they even took the time to design the stone border and mulch to accentuate the new patio! Our yard and patio looks so new and we are so excited about having people over now! Our neighbors have commented on how great everything looks. If you need any kind of landscaping design or work done, ACA Landscaping is who you need to call! The price for all the work done was so very reasonable and worth every cent! If we ever have more landscaping needs, we will be using ACA Landscaping!

I can recommend ACA landscaping. They are reliable and reasonable in price. I would use them again. My husband would like the price to be cheaper, but it is the best we have ever found.

We had an emergency leak in our sprinkler system. I called several companies and Jamie of ACA was the only one that responded. I was very impressed with their genuine concern and willingness to help. One of his servicemen came that afternoon and repaired our problem. I will be calling them first in the future.

The service this company provides was Excellant. They were punctual, professional, and very hard working crew. It was the perfect company for the type of work i needed. What stands out the most to me was the owner and staffs PR skills. From the estimate visit all thru the job. Jaimie is very knowlegable. I also like that the company provides references that the customer can call. No other landscape company i have worked with in the past has ever provided such service. Providing a portfolio was great too! Love looking at the photo's. I liked the personal note i recieved in the mail thanking me for my business. That was awesome. See what i mean about PR skills. I will be using them again for sure. It was great doing business with them!

As an avid DIY guy when I hire someone for a project it's almost always grudgingly and seldom am I 100% happy with the result. With ACA Landscaping I'm happy to say it was the opposite experience. From initial contact through to project completion it was a great example of professionalism and top quality work at a great price. I had a number of quotes to build a dry creek bed in my yard to address drainage problems. When researching the project online I found ACA Landscaping and used their pictures posted online as examples for all other providers to quote on. After meeting with Jamie it was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing, was very professional and knowledgeable. He brought up many important design points that no-one else had picked up on. Imagine my surprise when their quote was right in line with the lower-end providers! The crew were on-time, diligent and did an excellent job. It was 15 degrees outside and they were there at the crack of dawn digging up my yard. I fully expected them to call and reschedule but nope, they were there. Project was completed on-time, on budget and there were no surprises. They worked with me to get what I wanted. Nice guys also and I very much appreciated their hard work in the freezing cold. I'm very happy to have found a company who provide that hard-to-find combination of professionalism, reliability and great price. Great job.

We received prompt quote and additional quotes for different alternatives. Owner of the company (Jamie) visited the site before quoting. Crew (headed by Nick) did a great job and offered solutions when steps did not fit perfectly. That included adding a short concrete sidewalk to the steps. Some of the design had to be done on site during construction, due to irregularities in size and shape of the stone. Nick worked hard to make sure we were pleased with the results and consulted with us during the process.

They did an excellent job from start to finish and were very professional and flexible during the project. We couldn't be happier with our new lawn and we keep getting compliments about the lawn and who the contractor was. Before we hired them we had another contractor but was horrible with communication and scheduling. Found ACA Landscaping on Angies List and read their past reviews. So we went ahead on got a bid. Glad we hired them and would so again.

I cannot say enough good about Jamie and his crew at ACA. He came up with a great plan. He was able to install a more attractive natural rock wall for less than many other bid with masonry concrete bricks. It has been about 9 months since the work was performed. The drainage works flawlessly, the lawn settled in perfectly and the irrigation is rock solid. The work crew was careful and neat. They worked very hard sometimes from dawn till dusk to meet the day's work objective. Everyone of them was good, hard working men. If you want a great job, hire ACA

I had originally used them this past April to remove all pine straw out of my beds and replace with mulch, and they did a lovely job, they even fixed my falling down flagstone borders. Fast forward to a month later when I contacted them for lawn maintenance, it was a much much different story. I practically had to beg them to come to maintain my lawn, finally signed a contract for once a month, and I was lucky they even showed up for that. I had to chase after the person that would come to make sure he did all of the things I agreed to on said contract. They are extremely difficult to work with, and all I received was excuse after excuse.

Jamie did the initial consult and estimate. He was friendly and listened to everything I wanted. Nick was the project manager doing the job and addressed everything I mentioned to Jamie..all the details. Nick was concerned that everything was done to my specifications and made sure I understood exactly what was being done and even suggested things I didn't consider but really needed to be completed. The crew was professional and respectful and worked very hard. When they left they cleaned up everything. You honestly couldn't tell they had been there. I highly recommend this company and will definitely call them with any further work needed.

I called Jaime and reached him in his truck on a Thursday. He was polite and took down my name and told me that he would call me the following day on Friday. After waiting for his call on Friday, which never came I called him back early the next week. He apologized and took down a more formal contact information and we set up an appointment for him to come visit and discuss our lawn maintenance and our landscape plans for the future. On the day of the appointment, Jaime didn't not arrive as scheduled he also did not call me. 45 minutes after the appointment I was able to reach him at his office. He again apologized, saying he lost my paperwork and wasn't able to call. He offered to come out right away and do the review with me, which I accepted. We spent a good deal of time once he arrived. We walked the property and we discussed multiple plans that would cover multiple seasons. At this point, I ask asked Jaime to send me costs for the lawn patience and specific estimates for the projects we wanted to begin right away and rough budgetary estimates on the larger projects that would need to wait until next season. Unfortunately to this date, nearly one week later, I have not received a call or an email with the written estimate. It is troubling to me that this appears to be a pattern of behavior. *** Update **** After this review was posted the proposal was sent to me via email. A partial proposal was sent on the night of 2/25 and a full proposal was sent on 2/26. *** Update to the ACA Response on 2/26/2015*** I appreciate that you took the time to confirmed my review and I can certainly appreciate the list of reasons you provided. I was saddened to have felt the need to write it. As you said, I happily accepted not one but two apologies. It wasn't until I hadn't received any communication for nearly a week that I posted the review. (It should be noted that reviews can take a upwards of 24 hours to post on Angie's list and that my review was posted just prior to any communications from ACA either by phone or email.) At no time did anyone contact me to tell me that the estimate would take upwards of a week to receive any part of the estimate. Jamie was happily mentioning rough numbers during our meeting on the 19th. I asked him just to put them into writing for me. My expectations were that i would have received something no later Monday. Additionally, at no time did anyone contact me to let me know that my estimate was being delayed due to outside forces such as your vendors being closed. Your reasons would have been very acceptable reasons if they had been communicated ahead of time. Regardless of the reasons you posted, after having issued two apologies to a potential customer I would have made sure that I followed up and made very sure that the customer knew I was working on it. Communicating those facts to me would have made me feel like a valued potential customer rather than feeling forgotten for a third time. To be 100% clear, I have no issue with the quality of service, the pricing, or Jaime in any way. My issues is with the lack communication. It left me feeling as though I was not a valued potential customer. I wish you well in the future.

Jamie came out to talk to us about the work we wanted done. He provided a proposal several days later. We gave him the go ahead several days after receiving the proposal. His crew was able to start on the work the next day. They did an excellent job repairing the sinkhole. They compacted the sinkhole and filled it with soil. They seeded the area and put straw down. They cleaned up the yard when they were done. They also cut down a tree for us. Everything was done in a day and a half. We highly recommend ACA and will more than likely have them do additional work for us in the spring.

After contacting ACA Landscaping, Jamie arranged a convenient time to visit us and hear what we wanted done. He was punctual and spent quite a bit of time with me on the initial visit. He also took pictures of the property. We had some items we really wanted done and some that were in the "nice to have" category. A couple of weeks later, we received a very professional quote in the mail. Jamie had broken down the quote by the various projects so that we could clearly see the cost and the deliverables for each. He included color pictures of all of the plants and trees he was proposing as well as samples of the stonework in the quote. We dediced to bite the bullet and get everything done at one time. Jamie's crew showed up early every morning and worked until dark for 8 days. They were very professional and polite. Nick, the foreman on the job, went out of his way to meet me everyday and walk through what they had done that day and also to let me know what they would be doing tomorrow. Nick genuinely cared about making us happy. He was very flexible in making a few modifications for us. The site was cleaned up every night before they left. The end result is better than we envisioned. The cement and stone work far exceeded our expectations. Our friends and neighbors have all been very impressed with the finished product. ACA was one of three companies we contacted for quotes. The other company that provided us a proposal was actually quite a bit cheaper, but we were so impressed with Jamie and the professionalism of the proposal that we decided to use them. We are very glad we did.

Thanks to the wonderful landscaping job performed by ACA Landscaping, our yard has never looked better! Nick and James were very professional in their project management efforts. They regularly walked my husband and I through the work site to answer questions, provide suggestions, and overall, ensure we were completely satisfied with the direction of the project. The crew worked quickly and efficiently, and I especially appreciated that they cleaned the work area of debris at the end of each day. Since project completion, we have received many compliments from friends and neighbors about the aesthetic transformation of our yard! I would not hesitate to recommend the services of this company and will certainly keep them in mind for any future landscaping needs.

The price was reasonable and they did an excellent job. I was very impressed. The owner contacted me right away and came out and did an estimate. The workers showed up on time and the whole experience was excellent. We will definitely use them again.

1. Emailed me the night before the work at 7:30 PM, a Sunday, to tell me they would be out 'tomorrow.' Thankfully I was home that day. The work was done in a fenced and locked back yard. I needed to be here to let them in. 2. Didn't water the flowers. Watered the sod so much, I figured it was okay not to water the next day. I should have looked. The flowers were not watered until two days after getting planted and it was freezing out at night. I Googled it and plants will have more damage if they are dry when it freezes. I think my hydrangeas look dead. I hope they make it. 3. Left the hose from the side of the house over the fence and left it on. It was leaking at the nozzle so my side yard was flooded when I noticed it was left on several hours later. 4. Took Jamie 3 days to return my call about the hose and lack of watering. He claimed Nick left the hose there to 'remind' me to water (Nick actually saw my new hose sitting on the patio as I pointed it out to him when I saw he had pulled the other hose over the fence. So I don't think I needed 'reminding.') Jamie also claimed it wasn't good for plants to be watered before a freeze. Claimed it was standard practice. But he did apologize about the flooded side yard, so I got that going for me, which is nice. I will never use them and will not recommend them.

This was not the first time that I have used ACA. Over the past couple of years they have installed a large flagstone patio, retaining walls and provided a water drainage solution in my front yard. When it came time to installing a sidewalk from the driveway to the backyard patio and fix the water saturation problem I have been having in my backyard, ACA was the only place that I wanted to call. Jamie and his team are professional, friendly, complete the jobs when indicated, at a reasonable price. They also made sure that they left my property clean at the end of the project. I am now planning my next project for ACA.

Jamie responded to our initial phone inquiry within 1 business day. He arrived on time to discuss the scope of work and provided a written estimate later that evening. The 3 man team arrived on time and were cordial and professional. Work was completed as requested and they came to me to do a final walk through to ensure we were satisfied with the results. This is the first time we have used this firm and we were very happy with the results!

I requested an estimate for replacing 2 retaining walls. Jamie was punctual, knowledgeable, and emailed me an estimate quickly. However, even though the estimate did not include removing the existing retaining walls, (he indicated he could build the block wall in front and eliminate the need for disposal thereby saving money), his quote was by far the highest of the 4 I solicited. I received a follow up email and call from Kelly after the visit also. The company is very professional, their customer service is exemplary and their website is beautifully done. I would not hesitate to have them quote work for me in the future but I feel their prices may be out of range for many homeowners
