The long and short of it is that these guys are amazing. Prompt, professional, willing to go out of their way to please and get the job done better than expected.... and fast! I had dealt with another pool guy prior to this who dragged his feet for a month, not getting anything done. One call to this company and BAM! The liner was installed. When I asked them when they were going to do the other stuff, they informed me that they already did it! I was and still am blown away. They should be a model for any company, regardless of the industry.

Service was responsive, timely and seemed to be very accurate. The service upcharge seemed to be on the higher end.

Mark, the owner, came out and measured and provided many tile samples. He was very flexible and listened to the ideas of our designer who I asked to join us. They are mostly through with the project. There was one glitch and Mark and Josh handled it superbly. I will coninue to use them for both large and small jobs. They also maintain my pool during the summer.

The technicians were excellent and very professional. When the technician came out the first time and determined the problem, he didn't have the part and had to order it. Technician advised that part would take 7-10 days to arrive. When we'd not heard back from them for two weeks, I called them and was told the part had just come in. I was unhappy that I had to call them instead of them calling me! However, regardless of the lack of communication, I am very satisfied with their work.

They show up every week like clock work and take care of us. Junior is our pool tech and he is courtious and professional.

I liked them and didn't have any complaints. They were responsive and had good employees. I just didn't need them any more.

From the first time I contacted Absolute Spa they were prompt and extremely efficient and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to use them in the future for any of my spa repairs. Thank you Carl for all the good work.

The service and the follow up have been excellent. The equipment they installed has been first rate. Jaime, who services the pool, is thorough, courteous, and very personable.

They have been very responsive, professional, and have provided a quality service for each repair and service job performed. They stand head and shoulders above other pool services I have used in the past. I highly recommend them.

This company is very professional, worked us into their schedule, and every one we spoke to was helpful, friendly, and provided great customer service. However, a few things happened that affected the grade we are giving them. The quote we received at the time we made the appointment was different than what we were going to be charged during the visit ($25 discrepancy). However, the maintenance manager (for lack of a better title) adjusted the price appropriately (with a little insistence from me). For the work that was done, I feel the price was a bit too high. The cover was removed and cleaned (and we had to pay $50 for the cleaning and knew that was NOT part of the service). We could have cleaned it ourselves. For the pool itself, the sides under the rim were bushed, yet the bottom was not. I asked about that but never really got a clear answer. (I've cleaned the pool many times when the water was too thick to see the bottom. The pool isn't that large and only 5 foot deep on the drain.) They mentioned they weren't able to vacuum the pool because of the visibility and I understood that. However, at the same time they mentioned this, there was a discussion about when they would return (a few days later) and that we really couldn?t use the pool until that visit. My husband and I both understood this to be that they would finish "opening the pool" by vacuuming, checking the chemical levels, etc. In a later conversation I had with them, however, I found out the vacuuming was not included as part of the opening charges, but falls under weekly maintenance. (The contract did say the vacuuming would only be done if possible ? yet I still believed that was part of the initial visit.) Chemicals were added, as expected. The filter was turned on and back flushed, as expected. We were left with no instructions about what to do. The filter only ran for a few hours and I called to find out why that was. (Again, if they are providing the service, I didn?t want to interfere with their plans.) I went ahead and turned on the filter myself (since I?ve always been able to swim in the pool about 48 hours after treatment and they indicated this wasn?t going to be the case. When I turned on the filter, water was leaking out of the dome at the top. I called and left a message to inquire about this, and to also give them a ?heads up? in case they needed to bring a part, etc. At the same time, I inquired about the filter not running situation. I didn?t get a call back for 2 days (and a lost cell phone was the explanation for that). The maintenance manager did tell me what the probable problem was with the leak (dry gasket) and how to fix it. He also said I should be running the filter because that would clear the pool up faster. (Now, that REALLY annoyed me because he didn?t even leave the filter running when he was done at the first visit, nor bothered to say we needed to do that.) So, I started ran filter for 24 hours (with small amount of water still leaking from the dome on the filter), back flushed, and then started the filter again. (As I mentioned before, we are very familiar with how our pool works. The primary reason we opted to use a full-time service this year is because of medical problems my husband and I have.) The regular maintenance tech was supposed to come out for the weekly visit either Monday or Tuesday after the Thursday opening. We were then told it would be Wednesday. However, as of 4:00pm on that day, he never did arrive. I had to call the office to find out why and never received a call back. (Our pool has limited access, so we must know during what 12-hour period someone is coming so we can leave it unlocked.) At this point, we aren?t beyond the initial opening ? so there is really no other information to provide. I do plan to update this review as things progress?assuming they do.
