Everything went great! Josh Tatum was the technician that i met with and i was impressed by his level of knowledge in reference to pools and new equipment options that i am interested in. I had him over to ask him about how the pool should be set up for winter, since this is the first year of me doing this on my own, and also what to do about the installation of our new Ozoneator that had died this past summer. He had some real good ideas. I will have them come by and do the install work along with filter cleaning next spring. One thing i really did like was that they had a person answering the phones in the office. The last pool service company I used, was huge pain to get a hold of. I would recommend this company to friends.

Install went great. Scheduled with office and put half down. Day of install, was called by crew to let me know their ETA. They arrived, checked the area where heater was to be installed and got to work. Crew was professional, informative and polite. They were able to overcome an issue with the gas piping which I thought was going to kill the installation!!!! Heater installed, a timer installed and the heater vented through the roof of the pool shed as required for safety and recommended by the pool heater company. Good professional work. Absolute pools will be doing the necessary updates to the pool next year as they are required, and am looking to hire them for ongoing maintenance and cleaning.

We had used Absolute Pools a few years ago when we experienced a leak in the plumbing for our pool. Their representatives were pleasant, and their repair technician was prompt and courteous as well. What matters most to us, however, is not only the work that is done, but what is left behind. They worked with us on the estimate, sent the repair tech promptly, and that tech did a clean job and left things as good as when he arrived. This time, we had two leaks -- one in our pool plumbing, and one in our spa plumbing, due to a severe ice storm that left us with below freezing temperatures and no power for four days. The particular part in the spa was difficult to find. Mark Thompson himself (the president of the company) and his employee, Alex, both worked with us to find the correct part to do the repair and agreed to "create" the right piece to do the repair on the spa. They arranged a date and time for the pool and spa repair to be done simultaneously; however, the manufacturer sent the wrong part for the spa. They promptly contacted the manufacturer, and arranged to come back only two days later to complete the work on the spa. Josh did excellent work on both repairs, was prompt (did not waste any time), was respectful, and left the worksite in great order, even offering to put the panels back on the spa for us. As well, he maintained excellent communication with us so that we knew exactly when he would arrive. Finally, he showed up even though it rained pretty much the entire week, and never complained! Simply put, you just don't find this quaity of service with many providers, especially where swimming pools are concerned. The entire staff of Absolute Pool & Spa Care works well together and with its customers to ensure excellent results. It takes a business owner with integrity to hire employees with integrity and a good work ethic. There's no run-around on their estimates -- they are usually right on the spot., and we find their prices fair and reasonable. As well, there's very little lag in returning calls and getting a firm appointment date to have services performed. We would highly recommend Absolute Pool & Spa Care to anyone in the area because we ABSOLUTELY trust them to do a quality job, and to respect us, as well as our equipment and our property.

The receptionist did return my call after she said she would check to see if they would work on a hot tub/spa in Tucker. Whe she called back I got the feeling that if thery were to work on it, it would be an inconveniecce for them. "We'll, we will have to send someone out and see what it needs and then figure out what it will cost and then call you back." They would have to come out and take a look at what it needed and then go back to the office and get all the prices together. It appeared to me that no one was really excited about doing the job. I did not hire them.

It went very well. It didn't take very long. I had some trouble scheduling with them. They were efficient and friendly. They did a good job.

Next year we are going to use them for decking. What stands out is the quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail. They have very good customer service and good communication. Another thing that stands out is the quality of their people.

the technician left the spa clean added the recommended amount of chemicals. I did not need to be present. They left a note on door when finish. The good thing about this company, they use the latest technology by sending you an email with details of the services with before and after pictures.

We had a very negative experience with a previous pool company and so we are that much more appreciative of the great service that we receive from Absolute Pool. Always professional, experienced staff who know what they're doing. They provide a high quality service at a reasonable price...what more could we ask for? Highly recommend.

Serviceman showed up on time, was friendly and professional, worked diligently to get the job done and showed genuine interest in doing it right. He was not 100% trained on our specific equipment but informed me in advance he was in training and would seek help if needed. He turned out to be fully capable of handling the job well. This was a nearly flawless service experience.

I am over it! While everyone has been courteous I still feel like I am working with too many incompetencies. I have lost confidence in this company to perform the tasks they are expected to do. I have had several pool service companies over 15 years and this is the worst of all my experiences. I suspect the technicians are overworked and stressed out. I will add that similar problems are occurring at another house this company services. My service/repair bill for the summer usually runs around $2500. total. I have already spent almost $700. and still have a pool that leaks and can't be properly filtered.

To begin with, the scheduling process was very easy and I was able to get an appointment for a convenient time within a week. Jade and his associate called when they were on the way, and arrived right on time. The water bags on my cover had burst, so the debris from the cover had leaked into the pool, and I was afraid that the job would be a real doozy. Jade assured me that it would be ok, and they could get me fixed up. My filtering system and pump are older, and the previous company had not left all the plugs, etc. when they closed the pool. Jade took pictures of what I needed (because I didn't have a clue) and I was able to run to the local pool company and get the parts while they worked opening the pool. I was able to get everything except one obscure plug, so he fixed it the best he could and ordered the part. Jade's team finished on time and explained everything I needed to do for the next few days. Here is where the service became outstanding. At Jade's next client or at the shop, he discovered the spare plug I needed in some equipment that was being discarded. After he finished for the day, he came back to my house to install the plug and discovered a malfunction with my system that was causing what could have been a major leak. Had he not been so conscientious and concerned about my equipment, I could have had a major issue with my system. And to top it off, I forgot what setting I was supposed to switch the skimmer to when the pool was filled at the end of the day. Jade took my call at 8:30 pm and guided me in the right direction. To me, this kind of service is above and beyond. I absolutely recommend Absolute Pools and Spa!

The Absolute Pool team (Mark, Junior, Josh, Seth and Marcos) were a pleasure to work with. They showed up on time, worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. The finished product looks great and I really have to thank Josh (Quality Assurance) for taking extra time to help the crew navigate some tricky transitions. We had a bit of a communications breakdown with the EnviroDek crew but as soon as I expressed by concerns, Mark had the president of EnviroDek on the phone. Mike is a real professional and we resolved the issue on the spot. My family really loves the coating - no more hot feet around the pool.

My hot tub had been shut down for several years, and would not run consistently when I started it back up. The technician was very knowledgeable about the spa. It turned out that there was a breaker thrown at the unit. I knew about the breaker at the electrical panel, but did not know about a separate one at the unit. The technician determined that the unit wasn't wired correctly (so heater and pump would not run at the same time). He fixed the wiring, and now the unit heats to the target temperature in 6 hours (vs. a few days previously). I had some other issues later with the pump not running and he spoke with me several times on the phone until he determined that it was an energy saving setting. He walked me through this on the phone. I found him very professional and knowledgeable, and would definitely contact them again for future repairs.

The scheduler was very nice on the phone, scheduled me for a service call, emailed a confirmation to me and the service technician called before he came out. He found the problem right away and fixed the chlorinator. We were back up and running in less than 30 minutes. They were very professional, friendly and even though we didn't have to pay for this repair, they clearly knew what they were doing and we'd use them again in the future.
