Junior came out and tried cleaning our salt cell to see if this would fix the issue. We ending up needing to have it replaced. He ordered the part and was back out 3 days later. He also took our filters to clean. I was impressed that he came out the first day during the time frame scheduled. That day, there was a horrible on and off rain storm so I was expecting to get a call to reschedule. But Junior showed up that day and resolved our issue and then came back out on Saturday to finish the job. He explained and showed us how he diagnosed the problem and solved it. Junior is very knowledgeable and professional. I will defiantly call Absolute Pools and request Junior when I have another problem.

I choose them because they were an "A" on Angie's List, but I was so unhappy. They could have lived up to their schedule. They could have been prompt and done what they said. They left trash in my yard. The product was not what I expected. When I got an inferior product, I did not get a credit for that.

Every week Glen & Nathan call ahead of time to inform me that they are on the way. They are both polite / efficient in their work , and advise me of any issues with the equipment or pool. They also have a service tech available should I need a repair. Always there, always good.

Glenn and Nathan take care of my pool weekly. They do a great job. It is always crystal clear. They are very responsive and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

Everyone I have had from Absolute Pool has quoted a price for the work needed and stayed at the price quoted. They have repaired the necessary items that needed to be fixed in a timely and very professional manner. Besides taking the pool school to learn what I need regarding the pool, any time someone from this company is out at my house and I have a question on how to work something they are eager and willing to walk me through the necessary steps. I have the company maintain my pool (chemicals/backwash/etc) and Glenn and Nathan always are there promptly on the scheduled dates, perform all of the work very professionally, and answer all questions I have as a new pool owner.

We have used Absolute Pool and Spa a couple of times and were very pleased. They are always courteous and timely for appointments. They are knowledgeable about Hayward products and we have been very pleased.

Excellent is the only thing I can tell you about this company and the employees I came into contact with. My motor froze up ahead of a long hot weekend. I reached out to my regular pool supply company's 800 number and they could not schedule me for a week out. My pool would have been a mess if I waited a week. I was referred to Absolute Pool and called them. They were amazing on the phone. The scheduler advised it might be difficult to fit me in and asked for my name and number and promised to get back to me. Not only did she get back to me within hours, she said she could work me in before the weekend. I got a call from Greg on the day scheduled saying he was on his way. He was personable, efficient, and quick. They gave me a break on the emergency visit and installation. I am sold on this company!

Excellent. With a hiccup. :) Supplier failed to deliver materials to residence for install. Company owner, Josh ran down the required materials and delivered for a flawless execution of the project. Greg, the project lead kept me apprised of the situation since I was out of town for a wedding. Never once did I feel a need to be involved or concerned about anything. The project was completed on time and pool left clean and cleaned up. Special shoutout to Dulce who handled scheduling and billing, extremely professional. Top to bottom, excellent and professional experience.

Absolute promptly came out to look at it and was able to determine that I needed a new antenna for the IAqualink system. It was under warranty and they had one sent to me (free of charge) within the week. They had it installed, the pool jets working, and the spillover was back under control. I have had several different pool companies come out to fix repairs before and no one has ever taken care of ALL my issues so quickly and efficiently.!

The service was great. The technician was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable about pool systems.

After the 'bucket test' Greg concluded that the most likely leak is around the pool light. And he was right. After diving in the swimming pool and using dye he localized leak in the lamp V groove. He said to fix it permanently the pool needs to be drained below lamp level. He also offered a temporary solution, sort of epoxy patch that may or not work, until we decide on permanent repair. We were very happy with Greg's professionalism, expertise and honesty.

Absolute has been taking care of our pool for the last 3 years. We have had the pool for 20 years and have had continuing algae problems. When Absolute took over the pool they converted it to salt, cleaned out the system, and did a number of weeks of intensive maintenance. Since that time the pool has been clear and usable every day of the summer. We recently asked them to move the filter system and piping to the opposite side of the yard. They did an excellent job which included installing a new concrete base for the filter. Our current pool tech is competent and professional. He shows up on time all the time and keeps us updated on the state of the pool. Over the last 20 years we have had 5 different pool companies. Absolute is the only one we would recommend, and we would recommend them very highly.

Great professional people...they know what they are doing and they are very knowledgeable. Very detailed at the end of each job they send you an email outlining the work they have done including pictures!! If you need a reliable company for your pool or SPA services.. I can highly recommend them. I am very happy with them!!

We were in a panic over our frozen pool pump and Absolute gave us immediate response. All systems were thoroughly checked. Also in the past, as repairs have been required, Absolute has done excellent work, quick response and at a reasonable price. Their staff is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Always a pleasure to work with

The motto of this company is "Be elite and a servant to all!", but in my experience with them over three jobs and four months, I didn't feel I was dealing with the elite, and I didn't feel particularly served. Here's what I experienced: (1) They are apparently constantly overbooked. Expect to wait two weeks before they can come out and diagnose, then expect to wait two more weeks before they can come back and do the job. (2) Each of the three jobs I had done ended up with problems that required a return visit after they thought they were done. If you don't press them, it'll be another week or two before they come fix what isn't right. (3) The biggest of the three jobs, taking out my ancient gas heater and replacing it with an electric one, was also the most problematic. When they were "done," there was a significant amount of construction debris left lying around, there was a hand-sized blob of caulking on my deck (it's a mystery to me how that happened), the heater was tripping my circuit breaker (causing other lights in the house to go off), no operating instructions were left behind, and the house's water heater was off (because they turned off the gas for a bit to remove the old furnace and didn't pause to think that they might extinguish the pilot light in the process). Once I diagnosed the water heater problem, I was able to relight it myself with no problem. But they wanted a week or so to come fix the other issues and only agreed to come sooner when I put my foot down and told them I wanted them to be as quick about fixing problems as they were about billing me in full for the work (which is always instantaneous). The icing on the cake was that they didn't cap the old gas line properly. It was leaking and I had to have Atlanta Gas come out - they showed up in 30 minutes, being sensitive to gas leaks - and do that part of the job right. (4) Why, then, did I have them out for the third job? Because I thought the problem might have been caused by the second job. It apparently wasn't, but I went ahead and had them do the work, which also ended up having some issues. (5) After my experiences, I'm not intending to have them out again. It's difficult to find reliable spa repair people - harder than with other trades, for some reason - and my hopes were up when I saw the great Angie's List ratings. But now I'm just befuddled as to how this company has managed such good reports.

Whoever the fellow's name is that comes out and services the pool ... I met him while I was on vacation over the holidays ... he's very pleasant and knowledgable. Would definitely recommend.
