Great experience. Terry arrived on time and got straight to work. It was a 2 day job. He worked diligently and cleaned up after himself. No paint drips on the floor like I've experienced with other companies.

Soooooo disappointed by this incident. All these bad reviews are completely accurate and just like what I dealt with. Shaun, the owner, gave me a really good quote. First impression of him is that he is friendly, confident and trustworthy. He spins all these great stories about how he painted for the singer, Usher, and the Atlanta Braves, and some other stories about how badly his previous clients have treated him. Well, now it is obvious that it was deserved. The first day (of what was supposed to be a one-day project),went great. He and his assistant were right on time. They got over half finished- but then had to leave unexpectedly at 2 pm. The following 10 days were a continual stream of him showing up 4-6 hours late, if at all, and/or excuses why he could not stay long. Once, when he actually did show up, he said he wasn't going to do any work because he wanted his assistant to do it, who was off that day. I mean, seriously??? My opinion is that this guy is, among other things, a " job stacker ". This is when contractors give great quotes, but take on way too many jobs at one time. They drag out all the jobs, only doing a little bit on each one at a time, but just enough that their clients don't cancel. They keep a continual flow of lies and lame, bogus excuses about sick relatives and so on, to their clients, to make their clients feel sorry for them, and ashamed to confront them. Finally, though, I did confront him, after living with my house in total disarray, and not being able to leave or plan anything outside my home (because I was always in anticipation of him supposedly coming back to finish). I told him that it had to be done the next day, or I would just finish it myself. Again, as is his pattern, he promised, then flaked. He showed up late the next day, did 30 minutes of work, packed up his stuff and left right after he sent me to Home Depot for more paint. My husband, who was working from home that day, had a long conversation with him while I was gone,and, after being adequately conned and lied to by Shaun, he gave him a check for the work that had be completed, with the understanding that Shaun would return 2 days later to finish. That day is today. Shaun showed up late, without his assistant. He came to the door, and said he needed to finish his coffee., and sat in his truck for a half an hour, until I went out and asked him what was going on. He came inside, worked for 30 minutes, then returned to his truck for over another hour, on a “business call”. After he came in, I told him we were done. There are numerous touchups that need done, but I never want to see this guy again. He didn’t move the furniture back or put the switch plates back on. There are a couple walls that need completely repainted because of roll marks, and some just shoddy places that look like a child painted them. I received no apology before he left, and I really think he was napping in the truck, waiting for me to fire him so he could go. Just astonishing.
