+ -1 moreMike was very flexible with appointment times and was even willing to come out with little notice and showed up right on time. He was here for 2 hours and 45 minutes and was friendly. The locks were tricky before and not all our keys worked well. Everything works smoothly now.
Description of Work: He rekeyed 15 locks, replaced a lock and moved a lock from one door to the other to save us money.

+ -1 moreHe was easy to reach and showed up exactly, when he said he would. Took the locks off and rekeyed them all in a short period of time. He replaced a deadbolt for me, at no charge so that all the doors would work of one key. Extremely cordial and efficient.
Description of Work: Mike, changed all the locks on my four doors and cleaned them all up for me. He was fast, clean and very cordial. Highly recommend.

+ 0 moreMike is a true professional. He arrived on time and surveyed the work to be done. He was totally honest. I asked for some additional window locks and he told me it was overkill, save my money. He kept me informed throughout the process and truly took pride in his work. Mike has a great attitude and I couldn't recommend him highly enough.
Description of Work: Mike replaced a lock, rekeyed 8 cylinders, installed a door viewer and fixed a hard to open lock. He also gave good advice on fixing an improperly installed door (handyman needed) and replacing an improperly installed gate latch. I was able to fix the gate latch myself while Mike worked on the locks (he was hired to do the latter).

+ -1 moreMichael was a total professional. Very quick response, he was able to come the same day and perform the work. Quoted price over the phone and was correct on estimate of work/money. Very conscientious worker. I'd hire him again in a minute. He was great! He was an Angie's list ''straight A'' recommendation, and I can certainly see why.
Description of Work: Nine total locks, with only one key that worked per lock. He re-keyed/coded each lock so that all nine locks operate on one key

+ -1 moreMichael came out Saturday morning as promised the Friday evening before. He was very professional and explained what the problem was. He did his work in almost an artistic way being very careful not to cause any damage. If I needed a locksmith, I would call Michael in a minute and recommend him to anyone. A great experience.
Description of Work: Front door would not open at all due to jammed main door lock. Michael came out on a Saturday morning! He had to take the front door off its hinges to get the door open. He then disassembled both the problem door lock and the dead bolt lock, deepened the inserts for the plates so they would not catch and put it all back together so it works great! He saved the door! Many locksmiths might have hammered the stuck lock out requiring a new door to be put in. He did it right and saved the door and the door lock. Michael is a very nice man and was very methodical and knowledgeable in his craft.
