 + -1 moreThey were excellent. We have used them twice. We have gone there periodically to have keys made, and they have always made the keys and they have worked well. They were very prompt, they gave us a time when they would come, and they came. They are very efficient, and they do what they do very well. They responded quickly, they came when they said they would, and they did a good job at a reasonable price. We thought the price was fair at the time. We don't have anything to compare them with because we haven't used anyone else. The quality of the work was excellent.
Description of Work: I used A & S Lock & Save. We used them in 2011, and then we used them again in 2014. They came to the house on both occasions. The first time they changed all the locks. We had just bought a new house, and they changed all the locks in it. Everything work, and some of the locks in the house were not not done properly so they redid that and they work properly. When they came back in October they did some special locks for us that we wanted to have done and they worked well from the very beginning.
