Description of Work: a storm caused a tree to fall fully on my house, root ball included. BAM was quick to come out and remove it within a few hours of calling them. They used a crane and 10 man crew to remove it from my roof bit by bit, and removed the sections from my yard the next morning. They were professional, quick, and thorough. They also put a tarp on the roof to hold me over until I could have a roofer out. They made a frustrating problem much easier.

Description of Work: Bam removed big limbs from 2 trees and cut down 3 large trees on the property. All were overhanging or very close to the house. Their price was the best of three that I quoted and they were very experienced and professional. Excellent job.

Description of Work: Fallen tree was wedged into another tree on the way down and threatened my fence. Tree was removed by bracing off some other trees. Also had about 4 other trees taken down; some of which could have hit the house or fence.

Description of Work: They cut down three large trees and cut branches out of others. Some trees were leaning over the house. Service was very friendly and professional. Crew worked very fast. They even cut several branches for me that were not in the estimate at no charge. It is great to see a company that takes pride in their work. Description of Work: I had a very large oak tree that had been dying for a couple of years, and it was too close my neighbor's house for comfort. I received estimates from three tree service companies, and I was about to contract with one of them when a BAM rep knocked on my door. BAM were doing work in my neighborhood and noticed my oak tree needed to be removed. I told the BAM rep that I had already decided on a tree service but gave him an opportunity to pitch his company. Long story short, they have a strong product, and they matched the bid I was going to accept, so I gave them the job. A crew of 8, that's right - 8 crewmen, showed up on the scheduled date and went to work. They did an incredible job in about 70 minutes. This was a big oak tree, and it's sits right on the boundary between my property and my neighbor's property. They took great care not to disturb my neighbor's property/yard, or hurt my plants/flowers close to the tree trunk. They used a zip line to repel huge tree limbs away from the tree trunk and my plants and neighbor's yard. It was nothing short of amazing how quickly and expertly they handled this tree. When the tree was down, and the limbs chipped, the team went to work cleaning my yard. They picked up, raked, and blew sticks, acorns, and leaves into trash cans, and then chipped that too. When they were finished I had a few dings in my sod caused by huge limbs sliding down the zip line, but that's to be expected. (Jorge was the foreman, and tree cutter, and he was excellent. Spoke good English, was courteous, and managed the team well.) Two days later a flatbed showed up to pick up the tree trunks. This crew was just as fast and efficient. They used a machine like a bobcat, but larger, to pick up the tree trunks and place them on the flatbed. They even put down plywood to they didn't make any impressions in my lawn.

Description of Work: Initial call on Saturday 8/18 AM and Rick was out that afternoon. Quote was for removal of 3 established persimmons trees with a small water oak between them. Also trimming no more than 25% of 3 established maple trees clean up and grinding of remaining stumps. I liked the insurance coverage as they had more than some. The rate was one of the lower quotes which was another plus. I was most please by their willingness to work with our need for expediency.

Description of Work: Unbelievable customer service! Scaled 100-foot tree after dark with only the help of a flashlight to rescue a small kitten - not one broken or damaged limb or branch.
