Tree removal went smoothly and quickly, brush was removed and yard was cleaned up afterward. Would have liked if large trunks and stump removal were finished the same day, but two other crews had to come later to take care of that part. The Bam Tree crew was extremely hard working and friendly! Customer service people in the office were very helpful as well.

We had three estimates and they were by far the most reasonably priced. The whole process was very professional and pleasant from beginning to end. Any questions I had prior to the day the work was going to be done were quickly answered from anyone I spoke to at the office. On the day Tim's crew arrived they immediately came to the door to let me know they were there and beginning to work. They were very skilled in taking down both trees that were located very close to the house and were very careful not to damage anything around them. The whole time they were working they were constantly cleaning up so that by the end of the job except for the trees being gone you would never have known they were there. They were very nice and easy to talk to and when they were finished they thoroughly explained what would be happening next. In the next few days there would be a crew to remove the wood and then a crew to grind the stumps. I was told if this did not happen by a certain day to call the office, however, I never had to do that because they followed through just like they said

My experience with BAM Tree Experts has been completely positive. I am a female homeowner who was once a DIY enthusiast, but am now reaching an age and health status which prevents my doing many of the things I once did. My subdivision home is now 40+ years old and in need of some exterior work. I had three referrals for tree service. The BAM office manager scheduled a time for an estimate. Robert Broadwater arrived at the appointed time and quickly reviewed the work I needed done, offering helpful suggestions and answers to my questions. I already had prices from two other companies; BAM's price was much better, so we scheduled the work for the next day, following their early morning job. A full crew arrived as expected and immediately set to work under Robert's supervision. Everything was completed much faster than I expected and all the removals were quickly disposed of by means of a chipper. They took great care to attach lines to assure that falling branches did no damage as they came down. There was no damage to property, yard or other plantings. As promised, the stump grinder arrived the following afternoon and made quick work of the remaining tree stump. Cleanup of all areas where BAM worked was excellent. Before the crew left, Robert walked around the property with me to assure that everything had been completed as planned and that I was satisfied (and happy) with the work. I plan to use BAM for future work and would recommend them without hesitation.

Very professional crew. The job was flawless and the cleanup also. He gave me a clean quote, ended up with a couple of extra trees but didn't charge extra.

Arrived at designated time and promptly went to work. Used large crane to lower large sections of the branches and the tree trunk. Did very minor damage to lawn, and cleaned up all of the debrie. The job was completed promptly, and all work was performed in a professional manner.

They were very professional, careful, and showed up when they said they would.. Unusual in todays world!!

BAM recently cut down 4 trees (hauled away and grinded stumps), lifted up 8 cement footers from a jungle gym, and trimmed 4 branches of an overhanging pine tree. This is the third time that I have used BAM and they have always been responsive, professional and cost-effective. I would highly recommend BAM's service and I plan on using them again, in the future.

This was a very simple job to knock down a rotting tree into the woods behind our house. I was given a "discount" since there would be no haul away or stump grinding. I was OK with this as I didn't want to try this myself and potentially take out part of my fence or possibly hit the neighbors house (we couldn't tell how tall it was vs distance to his house). The office called on Thursday to confirm a Saturday appointment. Unfortunately I was not given a time or even a call that day to state they were on the way. Only my wife was home when they came and they simply dropped the tree into my neighbors yard and left it there. This not what "Captain Quin" and I spoke about. They were supposed to drop it in the woods. As my neighbor is a pretty swell guy, he borrowed a chain-saw and dumped the remains into the woods himself. I received a call the next Wednesday from Captain Quin stating he wanted to stop by that afternoon and pull the tree down. I called him back and explained that a crew had already come and let him know what happened. He gave a feeble apology and said the office should have let him know a crew was coming out that Saturday. Not a very satisfactory answer and not a satisfied customer.

They were fast and neat. Very courteous. They had been working in the neighborhood and noticed my tree was something I would want to take care of and offered to do the job.

The price was very good. I thought it was what I was looking for.

I have used them twice in the past. Very responsive and excellent field personnel - They always have a very well trained and educated person on their team that really knows trees thoroughly.

Well. There was one tree among the many that were cut back that didn't fare so well thereafter, but one of BAM's owners came for a visit to personally inspect the tree and was clearly very knowledgeable and was able to show me the signs that the tree was diseased.

Jon is personable and knowledgeable about trees and the price he quoted us was good. We immediately contracted for the job but had to wait for the Corps of Engineers to okay cutting down trees on their land (we live on Lake Lanier). As soon as we got the permit, they came out and took down the trees. They were efficient and the trees were down in a few hours. The next day a different crew came and removed the trees from my property. A few days later two men came to our property and ground the root ball from a tree that had fallen on our property. They spread the sawdust back into the hole where the tree had fallen and my yard looks prettier and feels much safer. All of the men who worked on this project were really nice and the work was done efficiently and with little problems. They cleaned up after the trees were removed were kind enough to give us the option of them removing trees or them cutting them into log size sections for our use. We chose some trees and had others removed. I wish I could recall more names but J.T. was especially kind and considerate. Jon was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. I may have more trees removed after I see if this has affected drainage in my yard. When I need tree service, I will definitely call BAM.

It was a good price so I told them we'll go ahead, but they haven't gotten back to me yet. My next door neighbor sent them over to see me. I had 2 previous estimates that were much higher. It seems good but we'll find out when they come out. They came out exactly when they said they would, they were on time, and they seemed very professional.

It could not have gone any better. This company did a terrific job from the time they cut the first limb till they ground the last stump.

This was a crew of 3 Hispanics. They did a good job and removed all the cuttings from my property. I would use them again.

The rain interfered quite a bit! Two trees came down on the first day and the big monster in the difficult location several weeks later. They even chunked up the oak wood for our neighbor as he requested in exchange for using his drive way for the crane. Cleaned up the yard too. However, It's a week later and they have never come by for payment. Overall they were excellent!

They were less expensive than another company I've used previously in the past. They brought in a crane and cut it down in sections. They cleaned up and were gone in about 3 hours. I will definitely call them if I ever need trees cut down and I have a lot of them.

The sales person was very informative. It did take a while for scheduling but they informed me in advance they were busy. They were very quick and efficient. They got the job done without causing any damage. They are licensed and insured and did provide me with a copy of their liability policy. I recommended them to my neighbors. They were a bit pricier than the company my neighbors ended up going with. The company that my neighbors went with, not Bam Tree service, damaged my neighbors driveway and they were not insured and they are now having to pay for their driveway themselves.

The crew that did the job was GREAT! They cleaned up, didn't damage anything in the yard, friendly and communicative. My only complaint was the salesperson told me they were scheduling 7-10 days out, but it was 26 days before they came. Their "estimate" is actually a binding contract, so when you sign you are kind of stuck. (I didn't realize it when I was signing though). This must be common in the industry because the other company we got an estimate from worked the same way. I also thought the price was high for what they did, but our other estimate was nearly the same. It seems like no one wants to come out for a small job / less than $1000. It took them less than 90 minutes to do my whole job.

They're really good, they got the job done fast, they did it for what they estimated it for. I have nothing but positive things to say about them.

Capt. Quin was a pleasure to work with. The work crew arrived on time and promptly began to prepare our trees for cutting. They were very friendly and very professional. We had 2 trees close to our front door cut down and they were down before I realized it. We had another front tree trimmed back. It was fun watching the young man (didn't get his name) climb up and trim the branches. This was the smallest tree (about 3 1/2 stories high). The remaining trees were all 5-7 stories high (maybe higher) and the cutter worked his way up and around those trees fearlessly. The job lasted about 3 hours. BAM was in and out and they left my yard clean. We would absolutely use BAM again. Their prices were fare and their workmanship was top notch. We LOVE our yard now. Before getting the trees down our yard was dark, the grass was patchy, and you could barely see the house from the street. Now, we have a clear view of the house, our yard feels more spacious, and sunlight actually hits what little grass we have.

A tree fell on our house at approximately 10:30 a.m. After calling the insurance company, I joined Angie's list to look up roofers and tree services. We needed a service that had a crane to lift the tree off the house. I saw that Bam Tree Experts had excellent reviews for service similar to what we required, so decided to give them a try. We called them approximately 12:30 pm and they were at the house within 1/2 hour to give us a quote for insurance. I don't remember what that amount ultimately was, as they worked directly with the insurance company, but it was reasonable for the service to be performed. The crew who removed the tree arrived within another 1/2 hour after our first meeting. Since it was supposed to rain and we had holes in the roof, they were pulled off another job to come remove our tree and tarp the roof (sorry, whoever they got pulled from!). They got right to work removing the tree and debris, and tarping the roof. I'd say they were done in less than an hour and a half. They did a fantastic job. They left our property cleaned up better than it was before the tree fell! I couldn't have been more pleased with the service they provided. They acted expediently, professionally and with courtesy. From the time the tree fell until it was removed and Bam Tree Experts had left the premises was no more than 7 hours. It was much appreciated given that we were still sort of in shock from the situation and in unfamiliar territory as far as how to handle it. We would definitely use their services again.
