360 Painting did a great job from start to finish.

360 Painting came to my home. I showed them the job. I was told I’d receive an estimate that evening or by the next day. I, unfortunately, never received an estimate. When I followed up, the office did not return my call when I stated I still had not received an estimate. 🤷🏻♀️

Our experience with Bruce Brady and his crew headed by Luis was excellent. They worked hard and were professional in every way. They had to do a few repairs and that was great.

360 Painting transformed the exterior of our house. We could not be more pleased with the finished product, professional service they provided, and overall experience. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

In October 2017, 360 Painting of North Georgia painted the exterior of our house, and at first, it looked good. However, after less than three years, the paint failed on the trim below the roof line in several areas. I called the company to see what could be done, and on October 6, 2020, the owner, Rich Groark, and Drew, an employee, came out for an inspection. Rich took pictures of the affected areas and recorded details from the leftover paint containers. He said he'd consult with his Sherwin Williams representative and get back to me in a day or two. After eight days with no response, I called the company and left a message for Rich. No response. I called again on October 16 and was given Drew's cell phone number. My call wasn't returned. I called again on October 19, was given Rich's cell phone number, called and left a message, but again, no response. In summary, I paid this company over $4,900 for an exterior paint job that lasted less than three years, and gave them a chance to fix the problem, and they were unresponsive. I think that tells you all you need to know about 360 Painting of North Georgia. Update: After I sent this review to the Better Business Bureau on 10/21/20, they forwarded it to 360 Painting, and Drew called me immediately, asking what he could do to make it right. I said no thanks, based on my initial experience with their company, I would hire another company to fix the problem. And that's what I did.

John came out to give an estimate on painting the exterior of my house but never submitted an estimate. I called him after a week had gone by at which time he again said he would send it but didn't. I also spoke with the owner who promised to send the estimate but did not.

they began a week early and the project took 5 days. they pressure washed 1st and then searched for rotten wood.. there were 54 places to repair and replace wood (including a chimney-50 feet up). the price for all this was very reasonable and the repairs were excellent. Humberto Acabal and his nephew Frank Acabal were in charge of the work and the crew. Humberto is a very good carpenter and Frank knows how to paint. Rich and Jon worked with them to see that I got what I needed. I have always painted my own house and repaired it, so I know what pleases me. This job was A+.

Looks great and was done without causing any inconvenience for our employees what so ever. 360 Painting made everything pop and look fully refreshed. They are our #1 Choice for interior and exterior painting every time.

I used Rich for 2 jobs, he did the outside in the winter and we had him back to do the interior. Good prices and great work. I would use him again.

The painting crew was skilled and completed the painting work in a professional and workman like effort. The painting contract was being completed during the time that substantial renovation work was being completed over a two week period. The coordination and communication between the paint crew and the other subcontractors deteriorated over time. I rated the professionalism a "D", not because of poor painting workmanship, but because of 1) painter's refusal to pick up painting supplies to make path for other workers, 2) failing to re-attached numerous electrical outlet and vent covers, and 3) absence of company owner during the work close out to resolve communication problems with us and other subcontractors. In a subsequent walk-through, the company owner stated that cited omissions would have been addressed, but this was after I paid another contractor to complete touch ups and fix outlets. The company owner promised to pick up empty paint cans the next day, but failed to do so. This is probably a very good paint crew to work on a single contract where there are no interferences with other contractors. However, in our case, a more professional crew that could have responded with more flexibility to the dynamics of working with other contractors would have saved us money and avoided mis-communications.
