E told hum it was too late to start, he agreed he caused the problem by working in the dark. He then said he has a problem with night vision. We told him we lost confidence in his ability to fix the problem and finish the parts of the job he did not complete. We thought it was fair fir hum to give $1,000 and we part on good terms. He agreed, shook , husband s hand and said he d be back with cash. We kept calling and texting and he responded on Friday 3/28 he as on his way to get cash and would see us late Friday or Saturday. Then he asked for our Cashapp username to send money. I sent it to him. He will not answer any calls or texts since then."
