Description of Work: Hired the builder to do framing in my basement - as part of my overall basement completion project. Framing was moderately complex due to the amount of objects to build around in the basement, including HVAC ducts. Builder also did minor plumbing. Builder constructed supporting beam under ceiling joists for safety purposes.
