Wonderful. I almost hate to give a good review, because I don't want him to be so busy that I can't use him again, but with all his good reviews I think it's too late for that! They were booked but squeezed me in since it was mostly small items on my list. Everything went well and I am so thrilled to have these things working right again. He seems to be able to handle most any job, and I will definitely call on him again.

The job went very smoothly and quickly. Brent was very professional and we were very satisfied with the quality of his work.

Total Home Repair was totally booked but found some time to come install my ceiling fan. Brent showed up on time, assessed the job and got right to work. My ceiling fan is oversized but Brent did not let that stop him. He had to improvise in some areas but got the job done! You could tell that he is skilled in what he does and takes great pride in the quality of his work. I was very comfortable in having him in my home and look forward to our next job.

It was awesome! I will be using him again in the future. He was very positive, on time, and called the night before to confirm the appointment. He is just a really nice and kind guy.

They came out in August. The price was reasonable. They did a great job and fixed it very efficiently. He was prompt and professional. I would give him top marks for everything!

Brent and Jody did an excellent job all around. The work was done well. They exercised great decision making in helping purchase and pick up supplies needed for the job. Brent offered excellent advice on how to's. Wonderful team to work with. I will use them again on future projects.

Brent did a SUPER, SUPER job in renovating our house. We had a running joke that in every home renovation you always run into extra projects. When he and Jody were removing the sheetrock in our garage, he discovered a wall stud board that had been eaten up by termites from 2 years ago. The termites have been gone for 2 years but the wood needed to be replaced. EEWWW! Then, we wanted some more painting done on walls that had NEVER been painted and on ceilings that had never been painted from 1968! Brent and Jody took these extra jobs in stride and never ever seemed impatient. Time after time, Brent would receive or take a phone call from a prospective customer. I would hear Brent patiently explain, " I am ______ weeks involved in projects" but will be happy to give you an estimate on a future date. Running a home business as we both do, I can certainly relate to Brent's response to prospective customers. Brent would tell the caller, "there is a reason your other contractor can perform the work the next day"...and he is ssssooo correct! Contractors, like Brent and Jody, are a rare find and THESE FOLKS ARE WORTH THE WAIT!!! Ya'll will not be disappointed by Brent and Jody!

I was saisfied with the advice received. Also that he he was honest with me and said the job was too big for his work crew.

General renovation of a house we had rented out; Work was professional, little cleanup, cooperative. Brent found things I had missed on inspection and reworked them. He constantly reminded me to call him if I saw something later with which I was not pleased. At the end of the first week, I had to arrange to have money in my checking account as he does not accept credit or debit, but I was advised far enough ahead that it was not an issue.

Total Home Repair is extremely professional and easy to work with. They did a great job installing the hardware on all of the doors and worked with our schedule, making two trips because of some issues with the hardware. They also installed the electrical outlet without any issue. I would trust them with most any home repair.

I thought Brent did a good job until today. I met with a realtor who pointed out the one bathroom wasn't painted completely and another bathroom had the ceiling left untouched. Baseboards were left uninstalled. This project went on and on and on. Slow and sloppy.

They did a very great job for home.

It went great, the sink I purchased was initially missing a part from the manufacturer, so he told me what to look for wen taking it back to lowes. Then he came back another day to finis up the job and it was installed perfectly.

We realized he was way to far away to help me however he spent time with me and helped me analyze the problem of a leaky shower. I was so upset about the wet floor and carpet in the lower level that I didn't know what to do. Brent is very knowledgeable and was so very helpful and would not accept payment for his time. Very well. Brent had to go to Home Depot to purchase a new light fixture for the ceiling lights, also being thoughtful in purchasing replacement bulbs, and had to enter the attic by using a ladder on a few occasions which wasn't easy in a cramped space; cleaning of deck was a hard and laborious job; getting rid of water stains was effective although a small one in the living room was painted over and, though hardly noticeable, is slightly whiter than the rest of the ceiling (but I'm the only one who knows this). Ceiling fan was replaced and new one functions beautifully. Punctual, very knowledgeable, hard working and professional team. I have recommended Brent to several friends and will certainly use him in the future.

We had a problem with a light in the garage that we couldn't shut off except to unscrew the bulb. After Total Home Repair replaced the switch, the problem persisted. They did a thorough analysis and found there was a short between the "hot" wire and the neutral wiring causing the light to stay on all the time. He discovered that two wires were touching somewhere inside the wall or ceiling. He isolated the search to the wire between the switch and the first light. He cut into the drywall, located the short, fixed it, replaced the sheetrock, mudded, sanded, painted. While I was trying to decide what to do to solve this problem, Brent at Total Home Repair actually contacted me several times to make sure I understood this was a potential fire hazard that had to get handled. I appreciated the personal responsibility he took toward the job and how quickly he completed the job. His fix worked! The quality of his workmanship was excellent and the wall looks even better than it did before! Thanks, Brent!!!

My experience with them was great. They were just prompt. They did what they said they were going to do.

He said he left something on the roof while cleaning, so he was going to come back and sweep the roof, but he was too afraid of heights and had somebody else that does it for him. He was going to contact me, but he never did. He was also going to help me out with my bathtub and he never got back in touch with me. When we talked to him about the tub he said he was able to fix it and patch it up or I could get a brand new one, but when I said we could just patch it up I didn't hear nothing else from him. I guess it was such a minor job, so that was it. He said he was going to send me emails and pictures just in case I changed my mind about getting a tub, but he never sent that either. I tried to reach him numerous times and he never returned my phone calls. I even tried to text him. The gutter cleaning was fine, it was just we couldn't get back with him. I also thought the price was a little bit too high. The gutters were cleaned out right, but he left a bunch of straws on top of the roof.

It was great. They assessed the problem within 30 minutes and made arrangements to return the next day even though their schedule was overloaded over the next three weeks. They fixed the problems the next day in less than two hours and charged a great price. We couldn't be happier.

Brent called to set up appointment and arrived on time. He did a great job repairing items and made 2 trips to hardware store for materials. I would highly recommend him and will use his service again. Great job!

Brent was wonderful to work with, very pleasant, knowledgeable, resourceful and friendly. He did a wonderful job ridding our basement of rodents, and we will most definitely use his services again in the future for a variety of needed handyman jobs. He also charges extremely affordable rates for his work!

Total Home Repair were professional, prompt, they came in got the job done and were gone. There was nothing that we disliked about them.

I asked, since we were having a lot of drywall work done, that they vacuum and clean up the debris as the work was done. They did exactly as I asked and there was no awful tracking of drywall mud or dust all over the house. You would never know there had ever been an ugly chair rail because the quality of the repair is so good. I'm thrilled that the guest bath shower is now working. I am also impressed that Brent took the time to make sure that the sconces which were removed were replaced with handy boxes inside the wall, making the capped off wiring safe behind the wall. Brent and Jody may smile at my odd colors, but they do a really good job getting an even coat and a good finish on the flat paint I prefer. They also take great care to make sure that blinds and floors and furniture are protected from paint. Our ex-dining room needs only to have the shelves to transform into the library of our dreams. They do good work, and they listen. We can't wait for them to come back and begin the next step!

This is the third trip here for a list of repairs or replacements and they NEVER dissapoint. They are an absolute delight to work with. They take pride in everything they do and everything is accomplished with professionalism, expertise and in a timely fashion. They show up on time or early, complete the projects within the time they say they'll be done and never complain if we add more to their list of things to do. Total Home Repair is nothing short of Stellar. We've used them three times and will never call anyone else. Their charges are more than fair and with them purchasing what they need, it saves me the time of trying to find and buy something I know nothing about. I don't think there's anything these two guys can't do. They DO EVERYTHING and do it perfectly. I see there are two Total Home Repair Company's listed with Angie's list.
