Description of Work: installed twoel racks in two bathrooms. He tried to fix the pario table, but it needs to be welded.

Description of Work: I was extremely pleased with every contact I had and with the work done by Total Home Repair. Clothes rack in closet had torn out; had to replace sheet rock, mud, sand and paint. Also repaired popcorn ceiling patch and leaky faucet in the kitchen. Changed a light switch in the garage. Very responsive; excellent service. I'd recommend them for any handyman work.

Description of Work: Brent is reliable, reasonable, professional, friendly, and very good at what he does. He installed a small ceiling fan, repaired a large light fixture that was coming loose from the wall, repaired cracked sheetrock, gave me a very reasonable estimate for pressure washing my vinyl siding two-story home, and gave me some ideas about a future new screened in deck. I will definitely be calling him again for any future jobs I may have later on. Thanks Brent.

Description of Work: Brent performed other services for us earlier in 2011, so it felt natural for us to ask him back to continue repairing some rotten sub flooring in our half bath, and the adjacent wood rot around the exterior door and threshold of this half bath. At our request, he removed the useless door entirely. This involved removing rotten wood and siding around the door; drywalling that portion in, insulating it, replacing the damaged siding, removing the old vinyl floor, the old sink, old light fixture, and old toilet. He tiled the half bath, added a new sink with granite counter top, new low-flow toilet, and new sink and light fixtures. He also repaired some wood rot around one of my basement windows. He did a wonderful job for us and we plan to continue to use him - we have a long "wish list" of repairs and renovations that Brent is helping us work through. He and his partner are prompt, courteous, and a real pleasure to deal with.

Description of Work: Our indoor cutoff for the outside water spigot was not working correctly, and in the cold snap, the outdoor spigot froze. Brent came that day, after his other jobs and determined the problem. He went to the hardware, obtained parts and replaced the frozen outdoor spigot, the damaged feed line, and the faulty indoor cutoff. Our water was back on in hours.

Description of Work: FANTASTIC SERVICE! Brent was great. He did several things around my home including: change a light fixture in a bathroom, hang a towel rack, hang picture hooks, curtain rods and hang rails in my garage. I can't recall everything (I had a list), but he was very knowledgeable and made some recommendations that I'm sure saved me a headache down the road. He purchased some needed supplies (I didn't have the right items) and readily provided the receipt. He even changed out the light bulbs to the more efficient ones (after he called back and told me they were on sale while in the home improvement store). He has given me an estimate on some additional work and I intend to have him do some painting in October. He is officially on my list as my "go to guy". Fairly priced and professional. I have already recommended him to a friend. Great job!!

Description of Work: Brent and his assistant installed ceiling fans, outside solar lights, a mailbox, adjusted the fireplace gas valve so that it would work (which I hadn't been able to find someone to do in over 4 years), hung blinds and a homespun quilt, did carpentry work, and painted door frames and the garage door. The work was done efficiently, correctly, and economically. He is very trustworthy and easy to get along with. The actual cost was somewhat less than the estimate! My wife is thrilled, and I am very happy. We have already spoken to Brent about doing additional work for us and will definitely recommend him and his services to friends and neighbors. Description of Work: Painted and preped interior walls of our home and repaired our indoor plumbing.

Description of Work: Put in garbage disposal. Had to add new box for electricity and arrange because it was not a replacement, it was new. We have had a lot of work done by this person. He was referred by a realtor who uses him to help people get their homes ready for sale. Even if he is extremely busy he will come, give an estimate on costs and time and attempt to fit you in if a small job.
