Awesome! Listen to my concerns, gave me options to resolve the issues. Kept me informed on status (parts had to be ordered). Called me the day before work could be completed to confirm the time, called when on the way to my home for repairs.. Chris and his wife were very pleasant and professional. Call them if you want an outstanding job with reasonable price along with excellent customer service by a HOMETOWN company. They will definitely be called again for any other plumbing issues I may have .

they did more damage to toilet than fix,they stopped bottom leak but caused insides to run on and broke the water shut off valve then they conned me into buying a pressure reducing valve nthat I didn't need since my water line aleady had a valve installed and obscured behind washing machine so now I have two on one line they lie and cheat to make more mony to get you to buy things you don't need,i had to hire another plumber to fix what they tore up so also they asked for my credit card so they could refund me 100usd,found out they withdrew 100usd from my account with out permission so I'm having the bank investigate,may be charges looming,so USE CAUTION DEALING WITH THEM

The person who answered the phone was friendly. The tech was really nice. He relit the water heater no problem. He then suggested the storm from the night before probably knocked the flame out. Rocks and debris had gathered around the base of the water heater blocking the vent . He said that he would move all of the debris and drain the tank, but if I had any problems to call. I wish I could remember names because it was great working with them. I would definitely call this company again!

Fast to reply back and set up a time that worked for me. And the work was just as fast. My wife was the one at home and she enjoyed the company. it was smooth easy and very affordable seeing that i needed a brand new one and he helped us all the way through getting it and putting it in what we needed to make our hot water right in the whole house.

From start to finish Chris and Jeni were responsible, thorough, friendly, quick and knowledgeable. The husband wife team were very respectful and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done to correct our problem and get our water heater properly installed. The fact that our old water heater managed to last for 27 years is a testament to the brand, A.O. Smith, which is the brand they also installed. We couldn't be happier with their service and they are now our go-to company for all our plumbing needs. In a word, they are fabulous! Toilets were cleared after heavy use during Thanksgiving. Was getting a new washing machine and the 25 years faucets were leaking when turned off. Serviceman had to remove part of wall to get to pipes and install new ones. Installation was quick and very good cleanup afterwards.

When I called I spoke to Jeni she was very helpful on scheduling my appointment. Chris was the technician that completed our job. He was very nice and the work done was just what we had discussed. He left the area neat and clean. I would highly recommend pro masters plumbing
