Description of Work: Serviced our septic system. Though this process required digging portions of the lawn up, he left the lawn with hardly no scars at all. We were very pleased with his service and his pricing and have reservation about recommending him or using him again.

+ 0 morePaul was going to be completely unable to help me for a couple of days because it was a Saturday when I called (he could not get his truck emptied until Monday). But rather than string me along to get my business, he gave the number of a competitor he recommended who was able to service my tank. Then, the next day, Paul called to make sure the competitor had taken care of my need. That's what I call customer service!
Description of Work: My septic tank had backed up into the house.
