Michael & Will are consummate professionals. They arrived on time, were extremely courtesy, friendly and professional. They clearly take pride in their work, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The carpet repair looks like new!

Excellent job! Michael and his son William were right on time. They were extremely polite and professional. I had called someone prior who sounded cheaper yet when they started to mention all the additional fees that may have to be added it would have been a lot more. We had two master bedrooms yet one is larger. Michael showed me how to tell if a carpet needs to be stretched and said we would check it again when he was finished, big difference. He also pointed out to me where the carpet dipped before you entered the bathroom and explained why, showing me what needed to be done to repair it, if I would like. This would keep my carpet from rippling again like it did. Overall very polite, thorough and I felt the price was fair. I would highly recommend them.

Michael re-stretched the carpet in three rooms but it was much more expensive than other vendors. And he was supposed to fix squeaks which he tried to do with nails, not screws. I had not done my research by then to know that nails don't fix squeaks!! Screws are needed for that. Micheal Dempsey "expert" did not know that. He suggested that it will be a $1000 job to replace the floor boards which I declined. I had to spend another $100 to have someone fix the squeaks. Being a first time home buyer, I had not done enough research to find other vendors. Afterwards I found much cheaper vendors- check out Redbeacon (though home depot). You can bid and get competitive rates.

The carpet patched by the fireplace is perfect! You can not even tell that it was repaired. It looks just like new! He stretched the carpet in my family room and took all the wrinkles out. It looks like I have new carpet! He showed up promptly at 9 am just as scheduled. He indicated to me that he has been in the carpet business since 1972 and it is obvious. I would recommend Mr. Dempsey to anyone.
