Description of Work: We have contacted this company multiple times via phone and email. They have not returned our calls or attempted to contact us. Very disappointing and very unprofessional.

Description of Work: As with most sales processes, companies are extremely attentive but unfortunately, after the sale or exchange of funds, the attentiveness goes down the drain. I was quoted a good price and I was pleased with the work that was down (roof replacement) but I found that there was a lack of coordination with the delivery guy and the laborers. | |The delivery of the shingles and other materials were not scheduled with me and could not have happened at the worst time. I had just returned home with a 35ft RV and was trying to move it into my backyard, when the delivery truck came, so I had to move out of his way until he finished. Having limited space and having to move my large truck and 8000lb RV was not an easy task. | |Several days later, without notification, while I was away from home, I looked at my security cameras and saw that the laborers were at the house. I rushed home, so that they could access my backyard. Several times, I was asked by the foreman (I assume), what work needed to be done (fascia covers, gutters, etc.). | |They completed the work and were gone by the time I came back from picking up my daughter from school. I noticed that the gutters and fascia covers were not done and when it would be completed was not communicated to me, until I was able to reach someone at the company. I had to wait several weeks before the gutters and fascia covers were installed. It took a while to receive the invoice and for the work to be inspected (approximately a month). I promptly paid the invoice and eventually, had the work inspected (only the front and right side of the house). I also complained that the team did not clean up all of the nails, I found many in my driveway and on the lawn. I showed the nails to the guy that came out and he assured me that he would have someone out to go over the lawn with a magnet, it is now the end of October and no one has contacted me or come out. | |This was the finale issue that left a bad taste in my mouth, do not make promises you will not keep. While the guy was here, I showed him the new tires (expensive) I put on my truck, and motioned that my zero turn lawn mower and new RV could get their tires punctured. Again, I have not heard from anyone. Funny thing is, I did not hesitate to pay the invoice in full when it was presented to me. I held up my end of the bargain, they did not. By the way, I still have all of the nails I found in the same pile in front of the house, that I showed the guy. | |I would not use them again but your mileage may vary.

Description of Work: ad viInitial appointment back in April, David called and cancelled appointment, because of bad back.No problem, we scheduled a new appointment and it rained, bit David came by and looked at the roof and rescheduled fo May 07. Called back on the 6th of May and stated that since my roof was too steep would need a harness set up at an additional cost of $150, due to wear & tear on harness equipment. I had had enough and just told him to forget it. David called again in the evening and said he will do it for additional $ 75, since I had taken off from work to meet him for the appointment next day, and I decided I had been tried to be ripped off so I just told him to forget it. Most unprofessional for someone who had twice cancelled appointments, and had seen the roof a couple of weeks earlier, to call me a day before the appointment to inform me of the extra charges.

Description of Work: We had just purchase and moved into our home & our basement flooded after our first rain. Upon discovery of the water damage, I called a company who came out immediately and quoted a fortune to clean up the water & bring out dehumidifiers and fans. After receiving 2 more extremely high quotes, I finally found Braswell Construction through a recommendation from another contractor we had used. They came out immediately, and quoted a very reasonable price for demolition,dry-out fans/Dehumidifies, daily monitoring of progress and removal of the old carpet pad. They were the only contractor that I found who did not try to take advantage of a desperate situation and the fact that we had to make a decision quickly. Their quote included an unlimited amount of days of all of the dry out equipment being left, and both Chris and Jody were excellent about coming out daily to rotate equipment & check on the status. When we were almost all dry, it rained again. This caused a good bit of extra work and additional days needed of the equipment but they never asked for more money to cover the cost. Chris and Jody did an excellent job & we would highly recommend this company. They are very trustworthy and reliable and went out of their way to make sure that we were happy with their services.

Description of Work: Several days after a severe storm, we discovered a water spot on the ceiling. When several futile attempts to find the water entry point failed , I contacted a friend in the construction business. He immediately contacted a roofing contractor he uses frequently, Chris Braswell, of The Braswell Construction Group. Chris promptly called and set up a date and time he could come by. Chris arrived right on schedule. He was very professional, inspected the roof inside and out, and found several suspicious areas. He applied roofing adhesive to the areas and said if we have any more trouble he would be back. Thankfully, we have not found any other trouble spots but, if we do we now know who to call.
