A build-up of water collapsed the ceiling in my laundry room. Ronnie was there within and hour and quickly located the source of the problem. He corrected the problem and thoroughly inspected for water damage. During an upstairs bathroom remodel, workmen had not properly capped vanity faucets when they were removed and water had been leaking for almost a week. I have five bathrooms so use a plumber frequently but this is the first time I felt like I was dealing with a competent professional. He explained everything he did, not only to me but also to the workman who created the problem. Even though the bill for his services will be charged to the bathroom contractor, his charges were extremely fair.

Ultimately, I was dissatisfied with the experience. The scheduling was easy, they arrived on time for the appointment, and they did the work as promised. However, they weren't successful in their initial attempts to make the repairs and had to send another plumber who was ultimately successful in doing so. Another thing that I disliked was that the plumber used my wash cloth to wipe off some gunk from the faucet and shower head which meant I had to throw the cloth away.

Ron and his worker arrived on time after calling us to confirm his arrival. He removed one toilet after locating a leak. We had wanted to replace our toilets with low flow models. We had him purchase 2 new toilets and install them. He also had to replace a flange that was rusted out. We have used Ron in the past and have always been extremely satisfied. Ron even reminded us that DeKalb county offered a rebate for any low flow toilets installed. Ron's company always cleans up throughly and never fails to ask if we are completely satisfied.

They did not have the part they needed to fix the drain. It was covered in the cost of the big deal. They found out what the problem was and fixed it. They were very pleasant and the work turned out fine. I had to pay extra for the part. The service was fine. I would use them again. It was a great deal.

The big deal from 24/7 Plumbing LLC turned out good. It turned out really good. They repaired my tub and the faucet was leaking. There were no additional charges than the big deal. The pricing was excellent. The quality was excellent. The person that came out to help is what made it excellent. I am not necessarily sold on the company as I am on the person that came out. He was excellent on punctuality. He came on time. The professionalism was excellent. I would use this provider again in the future.

I couldn't ask for a better plumbing experience!!! As you see below, I'd been procrastinating with repairs, partly due to a fear of being taken for a ride with my money... or should I say away from my money. After playing phone tag for a couple of days due to illness of his staff, Ronny and I connected yesterday, mid-afternoon. I explained what was going on - (one toilet with a major leak, a second one inoperable, and a water heater ready to die) - and we arranged a visit later in the afternoon. When he and his assistant Antonio arrived a little before 5, I thought he was there to consult and set up a later appointment. WRONG! They stayed almost 5 HOURS (including two trips to HD and Lowes) and totally set me and my plumbing (household) straight!!! I learned my water heater was 34 years old. They had some messy jobs with old pipes and such, but both guys remained very nice and friendly, as well as professional and informative. I spent more than I'd planned, but now everything is done; and in my opinion, the price was more than fair, especially considering the time and the length of the visit. I strongly recommend 24/7, especially to those with the same fears I had before going into it! GIANT thanks to 24/7 and to Angie's List!!!

My Garbage Disposal had went from noisy to not working at all. I bought the Big Deal for 24/7 Plumbing. These Guys came in and took care of Business in No Time Flat ! They were very Professional and Highly Skilled Plumbers.

The scheduling of the appointment went well. I was able to select a 2 hour time frame that met with my needs. I received a reminder call the day prior to the appointment and on the day of the appointment the plumber called to confirm and let me know he was on the way. The guys arrived on time and we discussed the problems. They went to work and fixed everything that needed fixing. They were finished within an hour. We had another plumber come over previous that was suggested and recommended by our home owners warranty plan. He came in with no tools, flushed the toilet once and declared we needed a new $500 toilet. 24/7 Plumbing actually took the time to listen and address the problems rather than trying to force an expensive upgrade on us. This company and its people have integrity. I would recommend them to anyone. I recommend them to you. This is the best experience I have ever had with a plumber.

Bought a big deal coupon to have two toilets tuned up. They did a great job and I would highly recommend their services. If I ever have a plumbing issue I would call them first.

We were willing to pay the travel fee for an estimate from 24/7 if we did not go with them, as it seemed valuable to get their input. We were quite glad we made that initial decision, as his solution for how to run the pipes up into and across the attic was very thoughtful and sensitive to minimize damage to drywall and tile. This turned out to be lowest estimate of 4, including the toilet he suggested throwing into the deal (which we always intended to get at some point). The travel fee was waived since we went with them. We found out at the end that he had noticed a drain that was slow and fixed it at no charge. Everyone we dealt with was very nice, considerate and professional. Ronnie did call when he was on his way to indicate that traffic was slow, but nonetheless, he did arrive within the arrival window. There was a lot of work, and he and his assistant worked all day without breaking even to eat. Except for expected noises, they worked quite quietly, which was important to me, as they were aware that I was sick in bed. I never heard their voices. The work was performed exactly as expected. I was happy that the water was only shut off for a short time and that they told me in advance when that would be. There was a minimum of dirt/dust to be cleaned up afterwards; I've had contractors who left more a mess and was happy it looked as clean as it did after so much work. Ronnie explained quite a bit about what he was doing and the importance of leaving water dripping lightly during freezing nights at both ends of the house. He explained the layout of most of the pipes he had repaired that had burst during freezes and how those problems could be avoided.

He did a good job. He was courteous. I have no complaints. I especially liked the price.

I called the company and arranged a time for service. I took time off work and waited for them to arrived. An hour before they were due to arrive I received a call saying they were running late, and would be with me an hour after the scheduled time. When that time came and went I called, and someone told me they would find out what the situation was and phone me back. When they did not call back I tried calling again, this time it went to answer phone. I tried calling 3 more times over the following weeks, and each time it went to answer phone. I left messages and my contact details each time I phoned. But I never received any call back.

The plumber was efficient and explained things well. Cleaned up and was very nice.

Even though they must have been incredibly busy, they came on time as promised and the work they did was great! We will definately use them in the future!

Called and left a message to have them look at a leak below my kitchen sink. They called back and scheduled an appointment and arrived promptly. They determined that I needed a new garbage disposal. They quoted a price (a special was going on). I agreed to have service done. They went to purchase the disposal and came right back to install. Service was great and work was done to my satisfaction.

They never responded to my phone calls and emails.

I would highly recommend this service! The service tech was prompt and very professional. He was clear about my options and recommended the best choice for my budget.

It didn't take long for them to do at all. They were in and out of the house within 45 minutes and the new toilet works great. No problems at all!

The gentleman did the work as promised, and he was professional and friendly during our interactions. However, he arrived late, and he overcharged me for readjusting the water pressure valve. What's more is that my house is still having water pressure problems, so I don't feel as though he did a good job with the adjustment.

The plumber removed a plywood panel under the kitchen sink & repaired the broken pipe. He spent 15 minutes & charged four hundrend & twenty five dollars. He also did not repair/replace the plywood nor the insulation. I was surprised he charged that much! After calling other plumbers & described in detail exactly the problem, their quotes were signifantly less. I will NEVER use them again!!!
