They came out and fixed a toilet which fell within the scope of the Big Deal. They had some time left over so they then went ahead and fixed a faucet. They messed it up though and had to come back out (which we were charged for). That faucet still leaks and when they turned the water off to it, the knob got stuck so we're still unable to use it. We will not be using them again in the future.

Garbage disposal installed quickly and efficiently. it went very well.

He was very, very good. They came out on Friday evening around about 6 o' clock and took care of it for me. It was good. He took care of me. I have no complaints about him whatsoever. He did an excellent job. My wife is happy. So long as my wife is happy I'm happy. He was very courteous. He couldn't make it on a time frame because he was doing another job. They got here. They cleaned up everything. They put it in and made sure everything worked. He gave me his business card and told me to give him a call back if anything happens. He was very nice and did a professional job with it. They will be my plumber!

This turned out great. He was on time and friendly. The price was the great and the work was done fine. We did have a small issue because the seal did not sit correctly. The guy came right back out and swapped out the seal and didn’t charge us any extra for it. We were very happy!

They did everything expected on time; had all materials and tools needed; the team of 2 worked together to make the job look easy. Cleaned up any mess and was very professional.

This was for a rental house we own in Decatur, we don't live in Decatur. The company didn't call us as we expected to set up the appointment, but after I contacted him he was very responsive. When he was able to get in the house to do the repair he discovered there was a leak and the floor was rotting. He contacted me and waited for me to get back with him. While waiting he fixed a small problem with the shower in the other bathroom that another plumber was supposed to have fixed back in December. He didn't charge me for that repair and gave me a 15% discount on fixing the floor and leak. He had to come back to do the repair, but all seemed to go well. Ronnie was very nice and easy to work with and I felt like he was reasonable in his prices. I will use him again.

It was good. I was very satisfied with them. He did the job very fast and it looks good. He was professional and friendly.

Knocked out ceiling under bathroom attempting to locate the leak. It needed to knocked out anyway due to the water damage. Replace toilet, only problem I would have wanted to choose my own brand. No option given, which was a negative. Was prompt and professional

Showed up on time, reviewed the problem, told me the issues at hand and the actual cost to fix. Did not overcharge for any :"extra services" or trip fees.

They were hard to get ahold of and when I finally received a call their price was twice as much as other provider.

I purchased a promo to replace a broken garbage disposal. Ronnie contacted me promptly and we set up a time for install. He contacted on his way out so I had an idea of when he would be at my house. He had all the parts ready to go as soon as he came in the door. He also showed me a potential problem in the way the pipes were connected to the disposal. The previous plumber cut down the pipe dramatically and it was barely connected to the disposal. He proposed a solution and changes the configuration so it would be correct. This extra work was reasonable and necessary and I greatly appreciate his diligence in identifying it. He also found a low cost solution to my other plumbing problems I showed him in the house and even supplied me with seats and springs if I have an issue again. If you need some work I would recommend Ronnie at 24/7.

Very happy with all the work done. Prompt, friendly, efficient, and did a great job. Cleaned up, took away the old cast iron pipe. Will use him again.

Provider was responsive to request for service appointment. Didn't have required part to effect repair, so went to Hom Depot to get it. Charged an additional $175+ above voucher cost. I haven't had plumbing work done for a very long time, so I'm not familiar with then current costs. However, it seemed a little overpriced.

Ron was punctual. He was early, but called first to see if an early arrival was convienent. Ron was courteous and professional. He went right to work on the problem, repaired and replace the unit . He and his assistant cleaned up after them selves and left the area in good order.

Went fine, though I wanted a third one installed, but the manufacturer no longer makes the desired color.

This company did a really good job, they came out in the evening and stayed until the job was done.

Ron and his helper do a good job and they have a good attitude.They were responsive, they came when they said they would, they explained the best way to fix our problem which made a lot of sense, they did the job right, cleaned up afterwards and gave a very reasonable price (which included all the parts and materials that were needed.) I was very happy with them.

Both he and his helper are prompt, courteous, friendly, efficient & proficient. I will not hesitate to use him again when the need arises. ( I thought I had previously reviewed, but do not see it.)

Came when he said he would, replaced garbage disposal in next to no time and the disposal is working perfectly! Very professional and courteous.

I use them a lot. They are efficient and they do a very good and thorough job. Their prices are very reasonable. They are very professional. They are a little pricey but they do excellent work. I can find cheaper plumbers but they are reliable and consistent. Their work is excellent. They do what they say. They give me an estimate and they stick to it. They are pretty accurate about their estimates. They explain to me what is going on. I would definitely use them again.

Poor experience--Immediately after arrival informed he felt there may be additional issues. After, short period of time stated flow pipe need to be corrected because it was cracked--cost would be $300 to $400 more. It was holiday weekend, left me no choice. He spent a short time in the bathroom gave me a bill for $300 plus dollars. Very bad experience--will never use or recommend.

When Ronnie began carefully digging around the main shut-off valve by the street, he also dug up solenoids from our irrigation system that we use once in a blue moon. He said we could have a leak in the sprinkler system and dug to find the shut-off valve for it. Once he found it, he tested the meter and determined that indeed we had a leak in the sprinkler system only. Whew!! What a relief! What a blessing to find an honest, ethical plumber. Once he put everything back in place, he did a few minor repairs in our home. Overall, he and Antonio stayed/worked about 1 1/2 hours and charged us $175, which we were glad to pay!!

I had a broken kitchen sink faucet that needed repair, and while I was getting a plumber in, I wanted to fix a leak in an old bathroom sink. Ronnie fixed the faucet, which I thought would be the tough fix, in 15 minutes. The bathroom leak turned out to be a bigger problem and because of the age of the sink we were faced with replacing the entire one. Ronnie didn't want to leave me hanging and went to Home Depot and texted me pictures and specs on the replacements so I could get one in today rather than waiting until I had time to leave to pick one out. He and his partner installed and it was even better than what was there before. I appreciated his constant communication and his willingness to find a solution that worked, rather than just giving up and saying that the old sink couldn't be fixed. He was extremely gracious and apologetic for it being a bigger fix than anticipated, but all in all, it was reasonable and the core problem--having a sink that doesn't leak--was solved.

This guy work is good! But his professionalism and the way he treats his customers is poor. He should not be trusted. He charged me $3500 for the job that I agreed to. I paid him $800.00 cash/check and the rest I used my visa. Due to my location being in rural area his verzion cell phone he could not run my visa card because of bad signal so, I trusted him up to this point and gave him my credit card #. About a hour later he sent me my receipt by email and it read instead of $2700 charge, it read $2800. So I sent him a quick email and ask what that was and why? He responded this way, "Oh crap!, I owe you a hundred dollars" I will get it back to you in couple of days. I quickly called my bank and cancelled the credit card number because I could no longer trust him. Like I said, he does good work but, I would not use him again, but if you do, .......don't use your credit cards for payment, not trust worthy.
