+ -1 moreI just wanted to report that when a call back is promiised, the company has an obligation to follow through.Customer should not be left hanging.
Description of Work: I called the phone number listed for this company. The individual who answered told me that he had men working in my area and that he would call me back. I told him where I lived and he knew the subdivision. I never received a phone call back like i was promised. Needless to say, I'm going elsewhere for a contractor.

Description of Work: I had a ceiling leak in my kitchen and called 1stStop Construction to come out for an assessment of the situation and a free estimate. I was very happy that Mr. Langford did not tell me I needed services which were not needed such as a roofing repair or replacement. He found the source of the leak around a boot on the roof and not only did he replace the boot but he checked and sealed the remaining boots which were not in question. I REALLY appreciate his honesty.
