My husband and I like to use local, small business when we need work done. This is a locally owned company near our home. I called for a quote and the gentleman came out to our home. This was not a lot of work, the breaker box is located in the garage where we needed the extra outlets and our new hot tub is located directly on the other side of the wall from the breaker box. We already had the eletrical wiring and the new breaker box for the hot tub. He came on a Thursday and said that it would take until the following Monday morning to work up a quote. (I thought that this seemed like a long time to get a quote for a small job) I did not hear from him and called the offices on Tuesday afternoon to follow up. I was told that he had run out of the office for a few minutes to deliver materials and would call me back when he returned. By Friday morning he had still not returned my call. I called the office again and was told that Wayne was out of the office at the moment. So I asked the person answering if their company did small jobs like mine or if I just needed to go elsewhere. She said that yes, they did indeed do small jobs. So I told her my situation and she said that she would see what she could find out. About 10 minutes later, the electrician called me back and was a bit upset with me. When I answered he immediately said "Do you not remember me telling you that I might have to go out of town?" I said no and repeated what he had told me about giving me the quote Monday morning. He said that well, he did have to go out of town. I said that I had called Tuesday and they said that he was there but had just run out to deliver materials. He then got even more upset and informed me that they basically charge $50 per hour and my job would cost about $600. So 12 man hours to install 2 outlets and hook up a hot tub. I mentioned that he seemed grumpy and maybe didn't want to do the job. He said that was just his phone. Needless to say, I will find someone else. They were totally unprofessional. I never even received an "I'm sorry I didn't call you back sooner". I worked for a builder for 10 years and understand how contractors work. It would never take 2 days to work up a quote like this. This kind of small work is generally quoted on the job. Also, we had our hot tub hooked up in our previous home and that is why we knew to go ahead and have the breaker and wiring on hand because it is cheaper that way. We paid $250 to have this done in our old home and that price included the breaker box and wiring. And to take over a week and multiple phone calls to get a price of $600 is ridiculous. Not to mention having the contractor be rude and act as if I was asking too much of him. Unfortunately, the area that I worked in when I was with the builder is far away from our home now or I would have called someone that I knew. Unbelievable.

They do a relatively good job. They are a firm that really takes their time to make sure they provide the right system to you. They provide excellent services. The workers are air conditioners, and they look like what their job is.
