+ -1 moreWell pump went out of service on Nov. 30, 2012. I called Fendley and Paramore Pump Service on Monday, Dec.3rd and described the situation. They said they would come out and look it over but it may be Tuesday morning before they could actually fix the problem. I came home from work at approximately 5:30 p.m. and they had identified the problem, did the measuring and the replacement pump was almost finished being installed. They were very professional and made sure that all of their equipment and parts were picked up and taken care of. They made sure that I understood the problem and how it had been resolved. They did this by showing me the parts that were damaged the kind of pump that was used as the replacement. They also called me several times during the process so that I knew what was going on and when and why a price increase was necessary.
