My personal experience is that they provided horrible service. Tried to set up appointment 3 times to fix microwave under a service contract with Frigidaire. They failed to record and/or keep any of 3 appointments. Last appointment they flat out failed to show up during the specified time window, with no phone call to let me know if they would be late. I followed up with the company to find out the status of the appointment and the problem. After saying they would check and call me back, they even failed to do even that. I subsequently contacted Frigidaire to make a complaint and asked to be serviced by another provider. My experience and opinion are they lack customer service skills, responsiveness and overall professionalism.
Description of Work: Had problem with microwave that I wanted company to repair under a service contract with Frigidaire.
