Description of Work: Requested an estimate on two custom kitchen cabinets. Owner confirmed that my request was the type of work he regularly performed. I called on a Friday AM. Owner said he would be able to come to my home in the middle of the following next week - either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday - to dicuss the job. I confirmed that my wife and/or I would be at home on those days. Counting weekends, 9 days have now passed since my 1st call to this business. I have not yet recieved a call-back to set an inital appointment.

+ -1 moreIt went well. Barry and crew were very open and responsive. They were precise in their design suggestions and measurements. We had a change in what we wanted and they were quick to respond and re-quote the job. The final installation was neat and professional all details taken care of stain matched etc. We would definitely hire them again
