Description of Work: Power washed sidewalks and drive. Excellent work. Felt the additional cost was a bit high, in comparison to other companies. They were upfront on the costs at their arrival. I learned this is something to ask the company before booking.i probably would use them again even with higher rate because of the terrific work they did.

Description of Work: I had my driveway and sidewalk pressure washed. We got off to a rough start when trying to schedule my service. I had to call multiple times and was canceled on once. When Brandee arrived to pressure wash she was delightful and she is a very hard worker!! I was very happy and impressed with the great work she did. I would definitely call on her again and recommend others to use Rapid roofers for pressure washing.

 + 0 moreBought a deal on Angie's List - $75 for pressure washing of up to 1000 sq ft of concrete area. $118 more quoted upon in-person inspection of concrete area - more details below. Excellent work - could not have asked for more from the crew. I gave 'A' for price because the team worked non-stop for four hours and did a thorough job. The difference before and after was night and day. Details below: A email from contractor was sent promptly upon deal purchase. Scheduled service 3 business days from purchase date. Contractor called before two young men came by an hour or so later to perform the work. The two young men evaluated and measured the concrete area, and generated an updated quote. Area was 1223 sq ft and very dirty - I agreed to both observations. Received additional quote of $118 to account for additional sq ft. and need of cleaning solution/chemical because the concrete was very dirty. Good team work - one person provided oversight and explained the service details, etc. The second person did the pressure washing. The team conducted themselves very professionally, answered any questions I had, were friendly and skilled. Excellent work !!! I am a happy customer and I know I got my money's worth !!!

 + -1 moreTroy called me to setup possible times for the work to be done. They were able to perform the work the next day. Ryan arrived and went right to work on pressure washing our driveway. He worked very hard over 2-3 hours getting every part of the driveway cleaned. Then he cleaned everything up and had me look over his work with him. Job very well done! I'm very happy with the work done and the quick response to my request for work!

 + -1 moreI purchased a roof inspection on Angie's List for $49. When I got home from work that day I had a couple of messages on my phone of them trying to contact me. The last message said that they had done the inspection and left me the paperwork, which I later found in my mailbox. It said that they had inspected my roof done a couple of small fixes and left me an estimate of about $400 dollars of additional work that needed to be done. Other than the paperwork, I have no proof that they did anything. They tried to reach me several times and I finally scheduled an appointment for them to come out when I was home so that I could show them some areas of my concern. They made an appointment to come out yesterday between 4:30 and 5 pm when I got home. Now to be fair there was a thunderstorm going on at that time but they never called to reschedule or anything. I will never use them again. I have no proof that they have done anything except some papers in my mailbox.

 + -1 moreTalk about Rapid! Troy called me within 10 minutes of my filling out a report. After talking to him & coordinating with my wife, he was at my house within an hour. He & one of his workers fixed my roof - basically had to patch a 3 ft by 3 ft spot that had rotten out due to water damage. They completed the job within 2 hours after he arrived & his charge was very reasonable! I got some of his cards because he & his company was so rapid & reasonable! Very satisfied with the results!
