Rapid Roofers

They never showed up when they said they would. When I reached out to them to reschedule, they never followed back up with me to reschedule. I would never use rapid roofers again for anything.

Job was done perfectly no complaints. Friendly person got right to work and made sure it was done right.

Okay so there was some confusion with that as I remembered I believe the ad says oh gosh it was last year, the ad was something about I forget the price $99 $69 for roof maintenance siting and something else and according to them it was actually a miss plan their weren't suppose to do any work, they were suppose come in an inspect so I freak out, I was really disappointed I mean they were really nice people apparently there was kind of misprint with the ad. They basically came in an inspecting my roof and inspected the roof that was it, the ad said something about work being done, it was a misprint so I paid for the inspection. They were professional they came on time, the technician provided, the inspector provided an invoice that was the list of what needs to be done and the quote and the price he was organised I had no problems with them really.

Rapid Roofers arrived on time and spent 2 hours pressure washing a brick garage driveway. They provided quality service and I will call on them again in the future.

I had used Rapid Roofers to repair a leak in my roof about 8 months ago. At the time I loved the service. I later noticed some water damage in my bathroom (under one of the repaired spots). I called them to let them know that I still had some leaking. I spoke with the person in the office who had an attitude and was trying to tell me how it must be new damage. I stood my ground and told them no it was the same spot that was supposed to be repaired. He connected me with the contractor on a 3-way call so the contractor could hear first hand. They said they would call back and let me know when they would be out. I never heard back from them. I had to call sever times each time not getting a good response. First call was about 2 weeks before Thanksgiving. When I did finally get a hold of the contractor himself he said if he had known that it was the same spot leaking he would have gotten out there sooner. Mind you he did know because he was on the first phone call. They finally sent a crew out just before Christmas. The crew went up on the roof. Tried to talk me into buying an entire new roof. Told them no and to take care of the leak. My husband and I had to leave for a doctor apt that they already made us late for because they were not on time. We came home and the crew put a tarp on the roof to stop the damage. I was fine with the tarp because at least the damage to my house would be stopped. I have never heard back from them. They have not called or come out. They didn't call the day they put the tarp on to tell me what was going on with my roof. I have heard nothing! Now that I know this is how well they do their job and how awful it is trying to get them to back up their warranty I will NEVER use them again. We are now ready to buy a new roof, but there is no doubt in my mind that I will not waste my time calling this company!!!

Communicating with the Contractor was very hard. They wouldn't respond to the Angie' List emails. I had Angie' List to contact them, since i couldn't get them to respond. They called me and made an appointment, but after the time of agreed arrival I received a text saying "47 minutes away". I waited, and texted them again at 10:47am to see "How long before you get here?". They responded " I was on my way... Sorry I left, ... in McDonough at other meeting....". When i tested back, that I didn't understand, and was he coming or not?. I received a phone call, from a gentleman who I could barely understand because of his heavy accent. He kept giving me excuses why he didn't come, and why he didn't call me to tell me so. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR SERVICE, because of their poor communication, and business ethics

It could not have gone better, and I think I got a great bargain also. I will definitely call them again and recommend them to my neighbors.

Brandy was the lady that came to do the job. She was very professional and made sure that the job was done to perfection.She did an excellent job and for a reasonable price. When she was finished the driveway, patio and back of our house was shining. I wish I had taken before and after pictures. I would recommend this young lady and this company to anyone needing pressure washing done.

The person who did the pressure washing was diligent and thorough and I am completely satisfied with the work.

They did fair. They didn't come out when they said they were going to come out. I didn't like it very much. Top make things better they could have followed through, honored commitments and have integrity of work. The owner tried to make up for it but it still left a bad impression. I would tell them that they didn't come when they said they were going to but they tried to make up for it.

It was fine. They did okay. He did what I asked him to do. That's all I needed. We had a problem scheduling. I remember they were really busy. Their service technician could have had a better attitude. He wasn't unpleasant or anything. He just seemed stressed and very busy and just wanted to hurry up and get it done and move on.

First it took forever to firm up a schedule...so long that when Rapid Roofers finally got around to missing the last appointment we scheduled it was past the 30 day limit for an Angies list refund. The previous date that was scheduled was cancelled by Brandee due to illness....I dont really have a problem with that. But when the actual date and time came around, she didnt show up or call. Two hours after the time, I called her cell...no answer....then the office number...and I heard the most awesome response ever from a business..."I'm so glad you called! I lost my Daytimer!" Decided at that point I didn't want Brandee handling cleaning chemicals or ever a high-powered hose around my house.

Was 2 hours late without a call. Was supposed to identify and repair a leak into my kitchen. Supposedly repaired it at a point parallel to the leak. Put some sealant around a pipe & sealed some exposed nails. Charged me $200. That's on top of the $49 I already paid for their "deal" on Angie's List and a $100 discount for being late!!! So I paid $249 for them to put sealant around a pipe & seal some exposed nails. Had to have them out again a month later since the "repair" didn't work. This time they put an "umbrella" over the same pipe - again, this is parallel to the issue, not above it! This umbrella was secured with 2 nails into the roof. A month later I had to call them again - my roof was still leaking! This visit included no repair. They couldn't figure out the leak may be coming from the vent pipe area - above the leak. But I did get a quote to have a whole new roof put on! Had a new roofer come out who took the umbrella off and had to seal the nail holes used to secure it. That was not where the problem was coming from. The new roofer sealed the vent pipe ( above the leak area) and a few other areas to be sure, and no more problem. Only charged me $100.

White White White is the color of my drive way now! I'm very satisfied with the results. Highly recommended.

Provider sounded too busy to do the work, waste of time.

Rapid Roofers lived up to their name. I made a call to them at 12:30pm on a Friday and David returned my call in 30 minutes.They told me they would be at my house by 3pm for an estimate. They arrived early at my house at 2:30pm. David took pictures of the places around my chimney and the rest of my roof that were causing the leaks and explained how they would do the repairs. I agreed to have them do the work. They did the repairs on the following Monday. I would recommend using this company.

They kept promising to come and took very long.

The service went very well . The young lady came on time and was thoriugh and took pride to ensure the job was complete to my satisfaction and to her professional satisfaction. I would recommend this company and the technician Great job

They did the best they could and I would use them again.

Not well. Totally unprofessional in not calling to cancel an appointment; was told to call for refund because it wasn't worth it to come due to her location, wear on car, and gas.

It turned out okay. There were some things I was a little bit concerned about. There were cracks in the side walk and I am not sure how they got there. They came out real fast. They did an excellent job. The guy that did the work got dropped off and then it took like an hour and a half to two hours for the other guys to come back to pick him up. I would avoid them to be honest. I just didn't like the cracking of the sidewalk and to me there might have been some kind of malicious to it or something.

The special was for 6 hours of service but the gentleman who came to the house said he had to leave before the 6 hours but would return at another time. When we called the provider to schedule the additional time, he told us that the 6 hours was for a one-time visit. We explained that his helper had to leave before the 6 hours and stated he would return to complete any other jobs. Within 1 months the wood replaced on back of house separated from the house again so I did not feel confident enough to call him back to my home.

What I asked them was to tell me how much of my house they can go around and check the siding and they didn't do any of that. I wasn't here, my brother was and they put the piece back on and they put some other pieces back but they never really told me if that was included into the price I paid. That was my only complaint that I couldn't be told that I was getting the service that I had paid for or they were just doing the piece that I asked them to put back. They were very responsive to my phone calls.

I wasn't impressed, I paid 49 dollars for basically nothing I think. I thought they were going to do 40 dollars worth of repair but they gave me an estimate. Before I'd gotten there, they'd already been up on the roof. They said they'd looked around, took pictures and gave me a 1250 dollar quote. They didn't make an appointment or anything ahead of time.

It turned out good. They came through. I ended up paying $150. In the write-up, it said it consisted of repairs. When I got there, they said that that was not included into the repairs. I was kind of blindsided with that but because I was my roof fixed, I had to pay the extra $105. They came out and they said it was going to cost more than I was told on the phone.
