Description of Work: They have done a great job. I did not realize that Angies's list price covered only 1000 square feet my drive was more than that. They were able to give little discount on the original quote. Results were good.

Description of Work: My wife Diana was home for the appointment. She said the response time was good. Total repair service seemed expensive for the effort involved and workman didn't know anything about the Angie List "deal".

Description of Work: David called to perform the service requested, arrived on time, only to find that the roof is too steep to honor the special price. But he was courteous and explained the options I have. I chose to get a refund and still get a good thank you from David.

Description of Work: The provider was very punctual and I feel went above and beyond in his duties. He removed 4 older ceiling fans and replaced them with 3 new fans which had different wiring. He removed an old wall vent/microwave from above an oven which was a bit complicated. He attempted to repair our washer/dryer but I had provided the wrong part. He stayed a bit over the designated time which we really appreciated. I would recommend Rapid Roofers.

Description of Work: The owner of this company did our roof twice, once in 1997, again in 2008. Since the last roof was done the owner now owns Rapid Roofers. In 2014 we found the shingles used on our house was defective and which caused blisters to form and pop which gave the appearance of hail damage. I talked to this guy 2 or 3 times and he sent another guy out to check it and he did check it and said he never heard of any of this. I told him the shingles were discontinued in 2011 because of the premature aging. After that I tried to talk with the owner several times and he did not return my calls. I even sent him an email and he did not respond. Our roof was only 6 yrs old. I had to go through the company that made the shingles to get any thing done. So much for warranty issues. I was going to let him redo the roof again but he made it clear that he only deals with insurance companies and not out-of-pocket payers.

Description of Work: All services were performed with excellent workmanship, repair of electrical, water proofing, drywall repair, window trim /casing, painting.
