+ -1 moreNothing escaped this man's gaze. He was thorough and accurate. He moved efficiently. The house was already in good condition (unusual considering the current size of the foreclosure market). He provided a detailed, easily understandable report summarizing everything he pointed out during the process. We had a contractor check out a couple of his concerns. The issues were not major, but we wanted to make sure since this house was pushing the upper limit of our comfortable price range and we were not interested in spending more on repairs any time soon. The contractor confirmed John's assessment almost verbatim. We had the seller address about 9 concerns based on his inspection. After they were finished, John came back out to follow up on the fixes as part of his original fee. he was also clear about a couple things that he would have done differently, but were still acceptably handled. We would easily recommend John Luke for anyone who needs a home inspection.
Description of Work: A designer friend recommended Pillar to Post for our home inspection. We were directed to John Luke as the Dekalb County servicer. He responded quickly. He was able to offer the home inspection, but could not provide the termite inspection report. We scheduled a time that worked for everyone and was soon enough to work with the short closing period we were working under.
