Darryl and crew did a great job of installing a playground area in my backyard along with edging with river rocks. The results were great!

Initially, Darrell spent quality time with us as we hashed out our ideas for our backyard. Those ideas were followed up with detailed measurements and assessments, and this ensured that our backyard would not only look good but be engineered for a lifetime of enjoyment around our newly renovated swimming pool. Darrell's team was fantastic! Always on time, always kind and friendly. They were at our home early every day, and the entire crew was a team! Not one of his crew had to be told to do anything. Obviously, Mr. Thrasher had a meeting because they got their equipment warmed up and knew every step of the plan. In 2 1/2 days, we had a 370 LF 6 x 5/4 pressure treated privacy fence with a 1 - 4 ft gate, topsoil to back yard grade and level, and 5 # pallets of Tiffany Bermuda Sod and mulch installed. Mr. Darrell Thrasher and his team were punctual, professional and created a masterpiece in our backyard. The work done in our backyard exceeded our expectations. Darryl and team were phenomenal! They transformed a back yard that looked like it had no promise. He gave us a time frame and the work met the scheduled date. Customer service is seriously lacking as it pertains to the owner. His worker was great. However, the owner was horrible to work with. He said we were to pay him at the end of all the work. He then requested the full amount before finishing the last area which we had debates about. I went ahead and paid him because he indicated he would return the following Monday to complete the stairs. Called on Sunday to say he could not make it till Tuesday. We were shocked but allowed the one day. Within 20 minutes Of the phone call, he texted back me to say he could not make it till Wednesday. Luckily I gave him two checks, so after that last text, I stopped payment on one check. Mind you we had already had discrepancies before that call. (once I was committed to the project). He would add cost to projects, things we had already agreed to. Our project went up in price on 4 different occasions. Not to mention he called and was extremely belligerent first to me and then on another occasion to my wife. Became extremely rude and threatening. I had explained to him how we were not tolerating disrespect and he needs to take the latest payment or do not. Another debate ensued. He was so disrespectful, I have never experienced such vile vitriol from a contractor in my life. This has caused me to reconsider using Angi on any other project moving forward.

Mr. Thrasher and his crew were on time and kept me informed as to what was needed. I needed additional work. They installed a retaining wall and added drainage pipes for runoff. Removed and replaced another retaining wall with very attractive retaining blocks. As they back out of the back yard, they created a walkway and installed sod and mulch. Those guys did an awesome job!

Protect included grading, sod, mulch and shrubs for back and front yard. It looks awesome and we love our new yard! Darryl and his team did an excellent job! They were professional, courteous, efficient, and respectful of property. Communication was good and they also cleaned up afterwards. Great Quality. Very satisfyied. Highly recommended!
