I like them. The service is very nice but their price is a little high. When I started using them, the price was $20 but it went up. He is very prompt. He calls the day before and he comes the next day at 8:00, I have to set an alarm.

Service with Orkin was good, the tech was courteous, and professional when he did show up. My biggest issue with them is proper communication - there was non! My initial appointment time was incorrect from what I made with the call center, and what the local office had me down for. Tech doesn't return messages left on mobile. Made a follow up appointment with local office that didn't show in there system. During another occasion, I was told by local office that the tech would contact me to schedule a 2nd follow up appointment, and after 6 days of waiting, I called the local office (while traveling out of the country) to express my concerns with the manager in order to receive prompt service.So in short I cannot rely on Horton to arrive at the allocated time - today (13, June 2013), I canceled my account. Allgood Pest Solutions was much better all around!

I have had them for awhile and it seems like they have increased prices every year. It really depends on who comes to check the home on the service you receive. I think they could be a little more through at times.

I am fine with them. They are reliable and the price is acceptable. They do what they say that they're going to do.

They are prompt and courteous. They always let us know when they are coming. If something isn't resolved, they will come right back out. They are professional. They are very careful if there are infants are in the house.
