By the way the system was acting, I thought the problem was a capacitor. Joe could have charged me for a part and I would not have questioned him. However, when he found a bug had shorted out the system and all he had to do was clean the connection. I appreciate honesty all the time. Even when it was easy to not be honest, he was. Joe earned my business from now on.

Joe was extremely professional and helpful in repairing the air conditioning system at my father's home. He was extremely courteous and worked diligently to fix our problem on a Saturday on a holiday weekend. This was extremely important as my dad has health issues requiring air conditioning.

Called on a Saturday morning. Arrived in about an hour. Deduced the problem immediately. Had the A/C back up and running in 15 minutes.

Joe was hired initially for one problem. I now use him for my routine HVAC service. I have also used him for duct sealing, coil cleaning and one other project. He has been great to work with.

The customer service that I received from Joe was excellent and everything I hoped it would be based on the reviews that I read prior to making my decision. Initially I thought I was going to have to wait 2 days for an appointment, based on the information provided by Home Advisor. But, I decided to give Online Heating and Air a call, Joe was very helpful and able to come out that same day. Thank God because it was very hot outside!! He assessed the situation, answered my questions as he went along, made some adjustments and cleared my line. Most importantly, he assured me that my problem wasn't too bad (my translation was it wasn't going to be very expensive to rectify) and it could be resolved the same day. I was extremely proud that I chose this company and will definitely refer them to everyone I know that may need hvac service.

His work was outstanding and very time efficient. He explained everything to me after his diagnosis and provided future recommendations that will save me money! I had been scammed by Choice Home Warranty and left with no A/C over the holiday weekend. It was brutally hot and I was desperate to get my house cooled. Both Joes came through for me and did a great job. Yes, I'd definitely recommend these guys to my family, friends and clients.

Ironically, when the decision is completely yours, if at all possible you end up doing the 'RightThing' for your home. I had an excellent experience with Online from the first phone call to the completion of the repair. Josh was on time. He explained everything that he was doing in detail. He checked everything out fully. He made the necessary repairs in a timely manner. He educated me on what to look for should the air stops cooling again. I felt bad that he got his shoes so muddy, but he said it was no problem and he went in and out through the garage to keep from tracking the mud through the house. Josh is Awesome and he even gave me tips on how to keep the mud from coming into the unit. I am a very happy customer. Thank you so much.
