He was to change a gutter guard that he said was not correctly installed, he installed the same kind all around the house knowing they were not right for this house, the water runs right over the top of them and the hold leaves and debris, it was akin to putting a metal top over the open gutter. On his first visit he brought his children with him and later down the line his wife, this was or should have been a professional or what was thought to be a business contractor, not at all the case. He has caused us unknown issues with the things he changed and did incorrectly, it is still a mess, he did not have the courtesy to call when he was phoned to let him know about the issues.

Mr. Moore was very responsive and informed us when he was coming so that we were prepared for him to do the work. He has all the equipment needed for installing gutters, gutter covers, and fascia on homes. I was impressed with his attention to detail and the time he took to ensure that we were completely satisfied with the job. He also installed my new shutters and all the while really did take his time to ensure a proper installation. I will contact him when I need new gutter covers for my other home.

The experience was very good; he was nice and professional. He got right to work when he came and had them all up in 7 hours. I thought that he was a very nice, reasonable man to deal with. He did exactly what I wanted and did a great job. There was no high pressure selling, he cleaned up after himself and put up the color of gutter I wanted. I thought the price was reasonable. I may have him put gutter covers on in the future. He also does vinyl siding, attic insulation and radiant barrier.
