Metro Pools

Description of Work: Paid half before they started took about a month before they got out to do the job because they only do liners on Saturdays and it rained almost every Saturday. Once they finally got the liner installed they told us to fill the water to a certain point and they would be back the next day to finish. Took them about 4 days to come back and when they did they just got their equipment and did not finish. They finally came back about a week after that and put the vent and the returns on. We found out the next day that they missed a return, the one the Polaris goes on so we called the owner. He messaged back and said that he would send the message to his employee that does that. A week later no one had came. My dad had to end up finishing the work. We had to go to the pool store and buy the parts to put the other return on ourselves. I feel like tgey got their money and did not care about anything after that. Also it seems installing liners is side jobs to them and not a priority. I would really recommend using another company for pool liner installations.
