Description of Work: I called to request an appointment and was told I had to leave my number for someone to call me back, seemed odd, but I did. I received a call back while I was in a work meeting and a guy left a number. So I called that back, and was told I had to leave my number again for the scheduling department to call me back. I asked if I could just speak to someone now to schedule and was told no, I had to leave my number and would receive another call. Are you serious Gutter Works? This is how you run a business? Doing it on terms that are convenient for you and not the customer? I can't remember a single company I've ever called where I actually talked to a human who could do NOTHING but take my message. I told them I would call someone else who actually wanted my business. I just had my gutters replaced last week by another company.

Description of Work: I had Donnie and his team remove my old, worn out gutters and install new 6" gutters around my entire house. The team also had to repair/replace a decent amount of soffit and fascia board. I'm very particular when it comes to improvements on my house and I have nothing but positive feedback for Gutter Works! Don't hire a company that does "a little of this and a little of that"......choose Gutter Works that specializes in one thing - gutters! | |

 + -1 moreGreat. We set a time, they arrived early. i was not on-site when they started the work. they gave me a courtesy call when they were about an hour from finishing so I could leave work and meet them to inspect and pay. it looks great and i could not be happier with how this all worked out.
Description of Work: installed 100 feet of new gutters, per Angie's list deal, and then extra cost for downspouts.

 + -1 moreGutter Works called day of install to let me know they would be delayed to pick up screen materials. Reschedule went from between 10 AM - 11 AM to 11 AM - 12 Noon. By 12:30 they had not arrived or called. I called the GW the estimator Donnie Hammond. He was not aware of the delay. He called back to explain crew was delayed because they returned to a previous job site to pickup a drill they forgot the day before. The job was rescheduled for 9:00 AM the next day. GW gave me a $50 discount because of the trouble. The next day I received a phone call a half hour prior to let me know they were on their way with GPS estimated arrival at 9:20. The GW crew arrived around 9:27. They got right to work. Although the estimator was not on site they knew exactly what work was to be done. They were very professional. It was obvious they know what they are doing. I was happy with the work and cleanup they did. The no show mess up aside I would definitely use Gutter Works again.
Description of Work: Replace 25' of gutters with screens for sections affected by leaf clogs. Install gutter screens for two sections along garage and living room 87'. Refasten gutter along kitchen/garage side of house.

The job turned out nice and they started on time which is important to me. They also finished the job when they said they were going to. They are a company that sticks to their word and that is what makes me happy I haven't had anything go wrong with the gutters.
