+ -1 more3 minutes ago CAUTION Do Not Use this guy Gerald. If I could give less I would. I was taken advantage of because my water pipe burst at night. I gave a deposit for him to complete the work the following day. I AM OUT $800 - he completed Nothing. I had to hire another plumber. I HOPE THIS REVIEW IS SEEN PRIOR TO LETTING THIS MAN IN YOUR HOME AND HANDING OVER ANY MONEY.

I placed a service call with my warranty company on 12/15/2020 and here it now 12/29/2020 and still no response. I called them and the owner said he would call back and did not. I don't care to work with unprofessional tradesmen.

+ -1 moreI loved the experience. I like that he was accommodating, my schedule can be crazy at times. I had special requests on scheduling and he was coming from across town. He gave me a lot of information on how to deal with my plumbing issue. Things I needed to do in the future. He helped me come up with a time line on when to do things. He was a very honest and professional man. I really appreciate his service.

Description of Work: WE HAD AN EMERGENCY SITUATION IN WHICH THE MAIN WATER LINE IN OUR FRONT YARD BROKE. THERE WAS A GURGLING FOUNTAIN OF WATER POURING INTO OUR YARD, AND WE NEEDED IT REPAIRED IMMEDIATELY. THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY RESPONDED QUICKLY, DID AN ASSESSMENT OF THE PROBLEM, QUOTED A PRICE WE AGREED UPON, AND REPLACED THE FAULTY POLYBUTYLENE PIPING ON THE SPOT.
