Description of Work: Came to house and assess the invasion by a mother squirrel and two of her young ones. They were able to get into the space between the first floor ceiling and second floor. They got in via an bathroom exhaust fan flap on the side of the house. After realizing that cutting a hole into the ceiling was not option, then they obtained a trap that installs on the wall of the house. They got the two young ones while mother was still out. Unfortunately they could not trap mom so that family could be released together. The young ones were already too stressed from the ordeal. The whole event required several trips and therefore the added costs.

Description of Work: The gentleman from ELITE Pest Control who serviced our home was great. We had a major problem with ants everywhere in our house, and they were the type of ant that did not travel close together, so it was incredibly frustrating trying to use Raid to subdue. The biggest concern is that this ant problem was bad as we moved into our new home. We hadn't cooked anything, didn't have anything in the pantry, so it was a major concern for us. The gentleman from ELITE Pest Control was thorough and articulated the problem areas; he sprayed the entire home as well as treated nests in the backyard. Since the treatment over 2 months ago, we have seen absolutely NO ants. It's pretty incredible considering the fact that it was such an issue. We plan to go back to ELITE when in need, and certainly recommend them.
